My partner and I stayed at Graceland for two weeks. This is a very impressive cottage: very comfortable, beautiful and very well located. It is very well equipped and the views over the lake are amazing. There are lots of nice places around and Borgarnes is just about 20m drive and has got several shops and cafes - we recommend the Settlement Centre.
The owners are really friendly and they were extremely helpful.
I highly recommend this place if you want a nice base in West Iceland to explore its amazing natural spaces.
We've been back in London for a week and we really miss 'our' home in Iceland.
