Great place to stay

My family and I stayed at this beautiful villa for 6 nights and we enjoy every bit of our stay. The villa owner, Cavel, set the tone for the level of service we were to receive, she answered our every questions promptly. Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by our Driver who provides us with a cold drinks, Red stripe beer/ Rum Punch and a bottle of water each, The kids also had cold juices and Jamaican banana chips.
Upon arrival at the villa we were met by Millicent and her husband two wonderful people. Lindo took our suitcases to our rooms, Millicent showed us around the villa. Once we had settle in, we were provided a well need hot Dinner of fried fish, chicken and rice and peas.
The villa is located in a really nice community close to other villa as well as private houses. The villa itself is well designed, immaculately kept both the landscape as well as the interior. The pool was great as the kids enjoy swimming while us adults could keep an eye on them while enjoying the splendid sea view and cool ocean breeze with a cold drink.
We enjoyed all our meals prepared by Millicent, she is not just a great host, but also a wonderful cook.
The villa is centrally located and made it easy for us to visit the attractions and beaches in Ocho Rios. The only difference between staying at this villa( we call our Mini Castle) and an all inclusive would be the attractions they had on site, however, the price we paid, the Service we received, personalize attention, the meals and quality and spaciousness of the accommodation beat staying at the all inclusive.

Dream Wedding in Paradise

I knew that my wedding plans would include Jamaica, I just did not know how much a factor the place of lodging would play in the planning.
Cavel must have the patience of Job. She answered every single nit-picking question quickly, effectively, and in a timely manner.
The pictures are accurate but can not fully capture the views, Millicent's laughter, or the comforting sensation of the jacuzzi as the sun sets.
My husband and I took 8 people with us and their ages ranged from 21 to 71. Each person was made to feel special, safe, and satisfied. Lindo was very clear in offering helpful information about the area, the house, and navigating the rocks down to the beach. I felt better knowing that my guest were having almost as great a time as I was!
Millicent always had a satisfying meal with fresh fruit waiting upon our return to the villa from daytime excursions and was quick to respond when a lightbulb blew in one of the upstairs bathrooms.
Jamaica is a wonderful and magical country with many wonderful people and breathtaking views. The difference in staying here versus one of the all-inclusives is the feeling of family.
I have no negatives and will openly and honestly respond to any questions you may have about reserving this villa for your family or small group.

Wonderful Week at this villa

We spent a wonderful week at Ocean View Villa . We were a relatively large group(14) and the house fit us very comfortably. Millicent and Lindo made us feel completely welcome and went out of their way to help us out during our stay. The rooms were all very clean with comfortable beds, clean linens, own private bathrooms and an amazing view of the ocean. I am extremely particular about cleanliness and it met my expectations. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to cook a nice meal and huge dinning room to enjoy. We spent many fun hours by the pool, in the family room, the recreation room and even on the beautiful front porch! My favorite part of the house was the elevated deck and back porch, where we could all eat, drink together with the beautiful views of the water as a backdrop. Though there were days that we were quite happy to spend the entire day enjoying the house, the location was such that we were still able to travel quite a bit around the island. We felt completely at Home , We would really recommend Ocean View to anyone looking to vacation in the Ocho Rios area. " and will be returning again soon.

I would like to thank the owner and staff for there integrity and effort put forth in making our vacation felt special and important. Also thanks for all the personal attention you have given to us.
The villa was everything you said and more. We go on vacation regularly and so can say with absolute conviction that this was the best vacation every.
The villa was clean, well maintained, and elegantly decorated. The view was spectacular and the pool well kept and clean daily by Lindo.
Millicent is a great cook we enjoy every meal.
Once again thank you for excellent service and great accommodation. We will definitely recommend Ocean View villa.

My vacation in Ochi Rios

My family and I stayed at this beautiful Ocean View villa in July 2009. Cavel the onwer was very helpful in helping me to arrange things prior to the trip and took the time to respond to my many questions and last minute requests. The villa is well maintained , is very large and has a lot of space with a wonderful ocean view. To top it off there is a swimming pool in the back which we used often and frequently. The children loved it and even learned how to swim. It is located in a nice quiet area.
Millicent and Lindo were very helpful in responding to any questions or concerns and offered suggestions on local events and activities .
A car is recommended for staying at the villa to get around and for site seeing or one would need to hire a driver because the stores are not in walking distance.
There were sugar ants in the kitchen which tended to get into the food, so we used zip lock bags to keep them out. There were not a lot of pots and pans and additional pots and pans are required.
All in all we loved our vacation and our new friends, we will certainly return.

Extraordinary high level of service

My family and I have Stayed in Resorts hotels and villa's throughout the years. This year we chose to stay at Ocean View Villa in Ocho Rios, where we experienced extraordinary high level of service. The villa was upscale, clean, elegantly furnished, with picturesque Ocean view , pristine pool, elevated patio and for all of this charging prices that are far less than its counterparts are asking. On our arrival at the villa, we were greeted by Millicent and Lindo, two of the most awesome people you will ever meet. Millicent is a wonderful cook and we enjoyed every meal, during our 10 days stay we eat out only twice. Thanks for that special experience that make our vacation memorable.

World Class Villa and Service

My friend and I stated at Ocean View Villa for 10 days in May.
The response to our initial inquiry was amazingly fast. The owner (Cavel) was equally quick in responding to our tons of followup questions. She set the tone for the WORLD CLASS SERVICE WE ENJOYED AT THE VILLA.
As a group we visit Jamaica twice per year and stayed in villas, small and large hotels over the years l can truly say Ocean View is comparable to the big name and more expensive places one can stay in Jamaica.
The staff were professional, The is Spacious,gracefully decorated, clean, beds are comfortable and the pictures are a true reflection of the the villa.
There are many places to relax, such as, the deck with stunning view, the terrace, balconies,garden and the entertainment room. We enjoyed both the inside, outside of this beautiful home and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for Luxury, at an affordable price.
I want to thank Millie, Lindo, Heather or host and Mr. Rose our driver for been so helpful and kind to us. .

My family and I stayed at Ocean Villa it was our first time staying in a Villa, it was literal home away from home. The location is great just steps to the beach and close to activities. The view AWESOME,! The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful, they make you feel as if you like you're the star and this is your home.
The decor is amazing, the villa is truly elegant, we spent much of our stay saying "this place is gorgeous" We felt like we had borrowed a friend's home, and our only complaint was that we had to leave. Excellent value for money

Above and Beyond Expectations

On arrival we were met by our driver Mr. Rose, we had a great ride back to the villa. On our arrival at the villa we were welcomed by two of the nicest people we have ever met.
We were taken to our rooms, where fresh towels, our luggage were brought in to the villa by the driver and Lindo our pool attendant. We had requested two bottles of wine and cooked meal for our arrival. The meal was excellent, we had shrimp and fried chicken. The view form the villa was amazing, my husband and I had the master bedroom, it is very spacious, that an understatement, it was very large with the biggest bathroom I have ever seen, walk out patio with picture perfect Ocean View. We enjoyed both the Jacuzzi and shower.
We enjoyed our first evening by sitting by the pool, spending some time in the bar and just relaxing and feeling happy with our choice of villa. Our entire stay was so relaxing and the people we met were wonderful. The staffs are out of this world, always happy and perform above and beyond our expectations; they definitely made our stay special. If you want a beautiful place to stay, relax and have some fun or quality times with your family or friends try this villa they won’t disappoint you, I was not.
Once again Cavel, thank your for your great customer service answering all our many questions and letting us share your home. We would not hesitate to recommend your place to our friends and when we are planning our next trip, we will definitely be in touch. Thank you for letting us stay at your villa, it was turely a great vacation home and the level of service was above and beyond our expectations.
On our arrival at the airport in Montego Bay, we had our driver waiting for us. Arriving at the villa our first impression was WOW!!, The front lawn was immaculate, the flowers were very beautiful.
We were greeted by Millicent and her Husband, who quickly made us feel welcome, very pleasant and charming. We had requested meals on our arrival, and we were not disappointed, the meal was delicious, she cooks really good chicken.
The villa is very spacious, the rooms were designed and decorated with lots of thoughts and the entire villa is immaculately kept.
My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee, in or room by the window, which have a splendid view of the Ocean, one night we even choose to have our dinner on our balcony which have great view.
Not to mention the deck overlooking the pool area, this was great, we had so much fun both during the day and in the evenings just having a drink, talking or simple just enjoying the view.
I would recommend Ocean View villa to anyone who want a great place to stay, lots of room so you dont get under each other feet, great meals, staff that goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met.
We are definately going back to Jamaica and we have found the perfect place to stay.
