The house is very nice and the location too. I stay 2 weeks with all my family ( sons and grandsons ) and all of us has his own privacy. The service was good and the people were very nice. I will recommend this house to all my friends

We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. We stayed in the penthouse and it was stunning and spectacular. The design of the house is flawless. IT is pristinely clean and has thoughtful touches throughout like heated floors in the bathroom and panoramic views of the mountains and the ocean.
We rented a car and went to most of the places that were suggested by the host, you really can't go wrong.
If you don't have a car it is walking distance to the main strip of camps bay from where you can catch a cab anytime of day.
We were nearby the Bay Hotel and went for breakfast but this rental far exceeds anything you would experience in a hotel.
It was the best vacation rental we ever had but it was so well located that we barely stayed there as we took in the amazing and stunning offerings Cape Town had for a honeymooning couple.

Just a little note to let you know that we enjoyed every bit our stay in your beautiful and very tastefully decorated house in Cape Town. We liked it for its convenient location and an exceptionally splendid view not to speak of the service provided. Of course, the credit goes, first of all, to our son who organised and accompanied us on our first ever trip to

We (4 people) spent a fantastic few days at aquatic House (the lower apartment). Organising the trip via email was simple with excellent communications from the owners. The staff at the villa could not have been more helpful and the villa itself was as beautiful as the pictures showed it to be. Security was good and the ability to garage the car and take the stairs / life directly up to the villa was useful. Before we left the UK we used the Woolworth web site to arranged for a grocery delivery to arrive on our first day so that we could spend our time enjoying the villa and the sunshine and some wonderful Bbqs with good local wines. A very relaxing break. Highly recommended.

We liked the Lay-out + furniture,it has a very friendly atmosphere. We appreciated the Efford that has been put into this home...It is perfect
an excellent location ...Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.
Very good size bedrooms + bathrooms
enjoyed the pool but we missed a table + chairs on the terrace...

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Shuba, we knew we had found something pretty special. This house/penthouse is truly
breathtaking. The views from every room are spectacular and the attention to detail in the design is worthy of the house being featured in several "homes/design" magazines.
The separation of bedrooms (each with large modern bathrooms) allows for several couples to enjoy the wonderful living and outdoor areas and yet still have complete privacy. It is a pleasant walk down to the restaurant strip along the beach and only a short drive into central Capetown

A clean, modern, well designed home, amazing views

The villa beat our expectation and this is saying something based on the pictures we saw of the place before arriving. The owner allowed us an early check in, as our flight arrived in the morning. The rooms were very large and the bathrooms too. Very comfortable beds and lots of unique design points, which added to the luxury of the place. The kitchen was fully equip, with an excellent BBQ and out door dinning and seating and a small gym, with weights and yoga mats where much appreciated. The owner clearly understands what guests expectation, which is not always the case. By far the best place to stay in Camps Bay.

One of the most amazing holidays we've ever had. Everything was just perfect at their penthouse, it was the best! The owners were very friendly and were glad to help. And can even describe how amazing Cape Town was, just overwhelming! Will definitely come back and we are even considering to move.
