A large living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed.
Table with 4 chairs.
Bed linen provided (sheets and bath towels).
1st floor without elevator.

I stayed here with my sister and 9 yr old daughter....was plenty big enough for us. The apartment is basic, but clean and quiet...the futon type beds were actually quite comfortable! The neighborhood is very convenient to shopping and metro lines and easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Ani and Anne were great and were very prompt in assisting us with a couple very minor issues. The Internet can only support one device being used at a time, so that is the only reason I would not give 5 stars. If you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet, place to stay in a GREAT location...this is the place.

My mother and I spent a week in this nice flat in Paris. It was easy to find and get into. The managers were very nice and helpful with information before hand and when we arrived. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and several metro lines. It is located a very safe feeling neighborhood.
The kitchen was well suited for cooking and eating in.
The property was clean, well maintained and had easy to use wifi connection.
My mother has already recommended it to one of her friends!
