We stayed there as we were attending a wedding. We rented the downstairs unit
2 bedrooms and no one was upstairs in the three bedroom vila. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other one queen size and a single bed. There isn't any air conditioning in the unit but there always seemed to be a breeze and most rooms have ceiling fans. The unit came with some basic staples and toilet paper, Kleenex and soap. There isn't any dishwasher. The t.v has over 999 channels so lots of selection and also the internet worked well. The villa is in a residential area and quiet. The place is well maintained and clean. It is cheaper to take a taxi from the airport than have the property manager pick you up. There aren't many restaurants for dinner within walking distance only Charlie's Bar and Grill which opens at 6pm for dinner. There is a supermarket a 20 min. walk away in Oistins. The beach is 3 or 4 blocks away and so is the local bus. The owner provided good customer service and was very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place and go back again. Be sure to go to the Oistins Friday night fish fry only 20 min walk away. For an island tour look into the Scenic Sunday bus tours put on by the Bardados bus company which is only $10.u.s.

I wanted to extend my thanks on behalf of myself and my friends for the incredible hospitality and wonderful house while in Barbados. Jonathan was nothing short of amazing and a perfect host. He's a great guy to have on your team. As a small business owner here in NYC- I'd die for an employee with his character and skill set:) Tell him we said thank you again for everything!

The house was beautiful and perfect in all respects. We got to meet our downstairs neighbors who on holiday from Canada who were also a great group and super nice. Waves were fun, my girlfriend had fun surfing at Freights, and it was super relaxing.

I'll check and see if I can leave some feedback or thoughts on the rental and be sure to let my friends and family know about the rental property for their upcoming trips.

The house and everything that came with it was perfect. Jonathan was very helpful and more than accommodating, he answered every question we had and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Your home is beautiful and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much for letting us stay there and I will put a review up on VRBO. Hope all is well.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you for letting me and my family enjoy your home for two weeks. We all had an amazing time and having a house just like home made our holiday stress free. Johnathan was very friendly and helpful which was great. Our wedding was everything i could have dreamed of and having the space to keep us all together was the best.

We are looking to return back to Barbados next year around the same time so i will definitely be bugging you again soon!

I just wanted to let you know myself and my party had a lovely stay at your stunning villa last month and I would definately recommend it to anyone that I know who is thinking of visiting the Barbados!!
It was great to go somewhere that actually looked like the pictures, and with it being so close to the beach, also was an added bonus!!

Jonathan (property manager) also took great care of us while we where there and was always available if we needed any assistance, as well as calling to check up on us every now and again!!

I stayed at Maya Villa in June this year with my family and friends. You liaised with my brother with regard to the quotes and other details.

I write to you because we really enjoyed our stay in your Villa and can truly say that I was very impressed with the house to the point that we all felt so at home. Your property manager, Jonathan Croney, is a credit to you and he bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was comfortable. I have continued to sing the praises of Maya’s Bajan Villa’s ever since my return to England.

Our stay at Maya's Bajan Villas was wonderful.
Everything was impeccable and the villa was equipped with everything we needed or could imagine needing ...
(even an umbrella for a rainy day, came in really handy).
Thank you for thinking of everything and for making us feel like we were at our home away from home.
Location is great, and within walking distance of 2 or 3 really great beaches. Locals in the area are friendly,
and local buses are so inexpensive and run very frequently.
We have to spread the word and tell more people about Maya's Bajan Villas.

This was our first Caribbean vacation not staying in an all-inclusive. A wonderful introduction to villa vacationing! Great location! Rented a car for the week and this was the perfect base to explore the island.

The villa itself is first rate. Nicely designed, very spacious, well-furnished and fully equipped for our needs. Ceiling fans in every room kept the air circulating well. We loved the use of glass brick to move the light into the interior. And a terrific mattress! Some of the beds where we have stayed previously were barely softer than the tiled floors.

“Must sees” & “go to’s”:
• Charlie’s Restaurant & Bar – just down the street. Great fish and chips and a totally interesting character as the host
• Just Grill’em – several on the island but we went to the one in Rockley and loved it. Fast, very reasonable, and so good!!!
• Ackee Tree – in Rockley. Great rotis…a whole pound.
• Harrison’s Caves – Fantastical tour to a depth of 170 feet. (Don’t go if it has been raining heavily since it will be closed for flooding.)
• Barbados Wildlife Preserve, Surfer’s Point, Animal Flower Cave, Oistens for the Friday night fish fry and crafts people.

We went mostly to Rockley Beach and loved it. Really friendly people, great food (but slow), 2 loungers and an umbrella for $10 for the full day.

Jonathan, the property manager, is fantastic! Picked us up and returned us to the airport. He was a huge help with directions and things to see and do. He even had our rental car at the villa for us. Great service and really nice guy. We found all Bajans we met to be kind and friendly people, but really impressive was that they are the most polite drivers we have ever encountered.

This was a really calm and restful vacation in a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be back!
