Delightful villa in small French village

We had a lovely time. The pool is fantastic and we were really impressed by how well the villa is equipped - including a teapot! Thanks as well for suggesting some great things to do in the Welcome Pack. We especially enjoyed our trip to Coulliure and were really impressed by your wine recommendations. We will go again next year.

L'accueil fut agréable, l'environnement magnifique... notre semaine s'est très bien déroulée et le soleil était au rendez-vous.

The Villa is well equipped and was presented clean and tidy. The information given to us prior to the holiday was very informative and accurate.
It is a good base for the Pyreness and coast alike although a car is essential.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa we had a very enjoyable stay helped by Good Weather and the Local Wine Caves!

Great holiday in Fourques

Just back from a great holiday in Fourques. The house and location could not have been better for us. It was a great base to explore the area for fantastic scenery, great food and wine. The pool area was a great place just to relax and it is where we had all our meals. Walking distance to local shops and short drive to larger supermarkets. Would not hesitate in recommending.

We enjoyed a very relaxing fortnight at this beautiful Villa. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the barbeque area and found the location suited us perfectly. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful and the village residents were very friendly and helpful.
The Villa is very well located between the mountains and the coast and is an ideal base to tour the many attractions of this region of France. We found that the coastal resorts and major attractions were a little overcrowded but I suppose this is only to be expected in August !

Lovely relaxing holiday

If you want a lovely relaxing holiday in a proper french village this is the place. A fortnight of hot weather and all my family wanted to do was swim and play in the pool. The shops, easy walking distance, in the village provide an excellent bakery, superior butchers and deli and good grocers. The added plus are 2 caves visible from the gates of the bungalow. Surrounded by mountains and vineyards, when we did venture out it was a pleasure.

Very nice place to spend a quiet stay, well situated between sea and mountain. Convenient for cycling but no walking path in the close surroundings. Car needed.
The house is in very good condition and well equipped.Tthe swimming pool is very pleasant and large.The garden is completely fenced so very suitable for dog owners.

If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in beautiful French countryside then do stay in this lovely, well-equipped villa. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished and is well maintained.
The large terrace overlooks an attractive garden and pool and is the perfect place to begin your day with breakfast - fresh baguettes and croissants from one of the village bakeries. We enjoyed trips to Perpignan and Collioures, a charming little medieval town on the coast. We ate at two of the local restaurants, but also enjoyed cooking 'at home' after shopping in the village or at the nearest supermarket. We bought local wine at the vineyard shop just down the road.
We spent a most relaxing week here and would certainly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the French way of life.

'Very comfortable and well equipped in all respects...the pool made it ideal for our children who are really good swimmers, so a day at home did not pose any problems...THE LOCAL VINEYARD SHOPS ARE GREAT VALUE AND SUPER WINES! We only finished the last bottle last weekend and we are recommending them to all and sundry...We had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend your villa.'
