Sunny flat 1 min zone 2 tube with free WiFi, phone, parking and garden
This one bedroom flat is on the ground floor of a modern secure block in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to Brockley's swish new tube line (called the East London line or Overground - as it goes overground when it gets further out of London).
The bedroom is absolutely tiny with just enough room for a large bed and fitted wardrobe but the living room is bright and light with a lovely south-facing aspect over the communal gardens. There is a nice kitchen with granite worktop, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and all the usual utensils. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment so can work as both.
The flat has a TV, free WiFi and free calls to landlines in the UK and EU and USA landlines and mobiles! There is designated parking outside the flat too although you really don't need a car with the tube so close. Free parking this close to a zone two tube and the lovely garden make this a very unusual London holiday let.
I bought this flat a few years ago for friends of tenants who were coming over to study. When their studies finished and they moved on I added this flat to our holiday let portfolio because we needed a budget option. However, we maintain the same stringent standards for this, our budget option, as for our four-figure-a-week apartments.
The flat is spotless with good-quality fittings and furnishings and the bathroom is particularly deluxe. The property enjoys all our usual extras like free WiFi, free landline calls to 35 countries, the loan of Oyster cards, use of a garden, parking, tea, milk and biscuits, guide books and maps.. we do try to think of everything.
And, like the other properties, we quote an all-inclusive price which is just that. It gets you to the flat from wherever you arrive in London and you have nothing else to pay. It's as simple as that! We heard from so many people that they saw a price advertised but the end tariff was much more and we wanted to be different.

Wonderful Stay
Elizabeth was also a pleasure to deal with during our stay. She did a wonderful job helping organize our stay and making everything go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely stay here again!
My home away from home
This flat is close to public transport and is only 2 mins walk for a small but well stocked NISA supermarket (there is a big Sainsbury store only one train stop away).
The local pub is good value for money if eating out and the local Indian restaurant is great for take-away or to eat in.
Free wireless internet plus free cals back home (to Australia) were a lovely bonus.

Brockley Flat
Wonderful flat, great support, description matches
Despite of lots of flats in London zone 2, this apartment is absolutely comfortable, modern and spacious. The neighborhood is very peaceful and you can't hear the traffic in the main road.
Brockley train station is 1 min from the flat, the Nisa supermarket just 30 seconds. A nice pub is very close as lots of little bakeries and shops.
I really enjoyed my stay in London and this flat was a real bargain! If I'm back I'll surely come there.
