Hi Kevin
Your holiday home at encantada was all we expected it to be.It was accurate
to your description and pictures on your website.
The home was very clean when we arrived and we liked the fact that the
management had turned on the outside
light and some internal ones for us on arrival,although i first thought we
had the wrong home because the TV was on.
The home itself was bigger than expected with plenty of storage space and
very well equipped.
We had a great stay and would recommend it without hesitation.
The resort itself was very welcoming and the pool area was very good.
We felt very secure in the gated community and the staff were very friendly.
Had a great holiday Kevin which you helped us with, any questions were
answered promptly and you even
went to some lengths to find answers for me which was appreciated.
Once again thanks for a great holiday home and one day we hope to get back
over there.

we would recommend the place to everyone in a great location , all the disney parks was a 10 minutes away and universal was about 20 minutes , all the family had a great time , the house as got everything that you need , great open plan kitchen , dining room and lounge , all the bedrooms was lovely ,walmart supermarket was only 10 minutes away , we all can not wait to go back to this place again , everybody who goes will have a great time stopping here , from the house to all the parks , ps the club house with the swimming are great too

thank you very much for ther service we have received and the information given, we
had a lovely time at your villa, the resort was lovely spent a few days around the
pool in the sun, great weather, staff at resort were very nice, l would definately
recommend you and poss try to book your villa in the future, everything was catered for even down to the little touches of a little bit of tea coffe etc.,

We did return safely and had a wonderful time in Florida. I was extremely
impressed with your property. In fact, we would love to book it for next year.
We will contact you as soon as we know the dates of our stay for next year.
Thanks so much for everything. . We loved the
property and hope to stay there again in the future.
Also, we would have interest in an additional house/condo if you have any. We
will again be bringing down a volleyball team for the AAU National Championship
tournament. We would have 13-15 people with that group. I loved the Encantada
location and would love to have the same place as that we were at along with a
larger house that would have room for 15 people. This year our team stayed in the
Emerald Island resort area and like it also. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Hi Kevin,
The place was perfect...thanks. My daughters loved the tvs in the room. The layout
was great and the private plunge pool a nice feature. The pool was heated to about
98 when we arrived, so i turned off the heat, so you might tell the staff there to
not turn it to max. But all in all your place was very clean, nicely decorated and a fabulous value. Thanks!

Hi Kevin
We had a fantastic holiday, your villa is in a wonderful location, the communual
pool was a real bonus as sometimes staying in a villa makes it harder for the
children to meet and play with other children.
The only thing that would have helped would be an Electric Kettle as being tea
drinkers the kettle on the stove top takes a long time to boil. We know the are not
common in the US but they are possible to buy out there. Other than that the
equipment in the villa was just perfect.
The management company were very helpful when an alarm or something was going off
every 10 mins on next doors (3174) pool/pump, all night, for a couple of nights.
They arranged for the alarm to be stopped.
We would happily stay in and/or recommend in your Villa or on Encantada for another
holiday.

We had a very good holiday and we were very happy with the property.
The location was absolutely perfect for everything really and the staff at the
clubhouse etc were very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We
would have no hesitation in recommending your property, and indeed, we will use
your property for our next trip to Florida. When we arrived the bedrooms etc were all presented beautifully with swans made out of
sheets and towells etc. It was a very nice touch.
All in all Kevin we were very happy indeed with your lovely home and will
hopefully be visiting there again next year. If there is anything else you need
me to do to help you, then just let me know.

We had a great time, the house and complex facilities were perfect could,t find a
fault with anything,it had everything we needed our 4 year old loved the pool and
the geckos , and would definetly recomend it to others, I had someone in work asking
for the details today for next year.

Firstly, a big thank you for the use of your home over the last 2 weeks. We can
confirm the house was cleaned through and we followed your instructions before
vacating.
We think your home is wonderful! We actually grabbed details on another home similar
to yours for sale, we need to think things through after we have come out of holiday
mode!!!
We would like to go back, probably later this year, I will check some dates with you
when my diary becomes clearer. I have also recommended your home to some friends of
ours, I will suggest they mention my name and when we booked when they contact you.
We will always offer a fantastic reference of your home if you require one?
As for any improvements.... Nothing is obvious. the new webpage looks great.
