Our beach house is very clean, sunny, breezy, one block walk to beautiful St. Pete beach with sunsets and white sand. It's located on a private fenced corner lot. Central air/heating -not those little noisy in wall units. Polished terrazzo floors, new beds, queen size in master bedroom, two singles in second bedroom, a roll out in the closet, full kitchen with dinning area, large screened in outdoor room, washer and dryer in laundry room. Living room has newer furniture, ceiling fan, dvd, tv with premium channel cable system. Master bdrm. Comes with dvd, tv and premium channels and ceiling fan both bedrooms. Glass door shower tub combination in full bath room. Private fenced back yard, picket fenced large front yard. Walk to shopping, restaurants, white sand beach, and steps away from my favorite little fishing bridge. Our blue tile roof and light blue windows are cool and quiet. Walk or bike around the little island a house away. Perfect quiet neighborhood.

Have young kids to entertain???? There's one of the best parks with kids swings, climbing bars, sand box, picnic tables, surrounded by shade trees and green grass just down the street just a stroll away.

Have older kids to entertain??? There are 3 bikes at our Beach house for riding, boogie boards to surf with, canvas beach floats for the beach, and fishing poles & tackle in the hall closet to fish from the little bridge about 60' from our front yard. * you can buy bait at Publix down the street.

This is a wonderful Vacation Beach House.

It's a 2 bedroom on a corner lot. Boca Ciega Bay is just across our quiet little street. Take a walk across the street and find the little fishing bridge that connects our little beach neighborhood to the small neighboring island 'Boca Ciega'. A walk or short beach bike ride down our street in the other direction and your at miles of the #1 white sand beach in America - St. Pete Beach. Our Beach house comes equipped with all you need for a great beach vacation. We include... three bicycles [ 2 beach cruisers & 1 mountain bike] *the perfect way to cruise the neighborhood., various beach chairs, wake boards, canvas floats, floating noodles,kids pails,and beach umbrella's with sand cork screws, and even my fishing poles. Beach towels, bath & shower towels, full kitchen, breakfast counter, dinning area,4 beds

[ 1 queen, 2 singles, and 1 roll out], sheets, pillows, AND a washer and dryer in its own laundry room. So....

You can travel light! My family & I travel from California to St. Pete with just carry on luggage and vacation at this beach house several times a year. It's a very clean, cool, bright beach house and close to everything we enjoy. There is a Publix grocery store just down the street with all kinds of restaurants and other family stores. The beach breezes that pass thru are perfect for the very large outdoor screened in room , so you can just read, eat, or relax.

The house has central air & heating .... Not those noisy little in wall units so many other rentals have. There are 4 ceiling fans and double pane windows. We have new furniture, terrazzo floors with throw rugs throughout , and 2 TV's with DVD players, as well as the biggest Direct TV package we could find .... including FOOTBALL.

Vacation? This is the place.

My family & I live in Los Angeles California. We love the beaches in California, but none compare to St. Pete , Florida. Several times a year we travel to St. Pete to enjoy the walks on the beach during the sunsets. We can't move there yet, but someday we will. We have a few years before we can retire.

This property is on a perfect little corner with sunrises over the bay on one side and sunsets over the gulf on the other. It's a super clean house in a quiet beach neighborhood. Bike rides around the little adjoining island [ Boca Ciega ], fishing off the little bridge that connects us, and walks to the beach is just some of the benefits.

What makes this house unique

We found this little gem totally by accident on a visit to St. Pete. It's our perfect little beach house. Walk or bike to everything we love or need. Picket fenced yard all around the front, tall private fenced backyard, large screened in porch, central air & heating, thick quiet walls, polished floors, new furnishings,plenty of parking, stores down the street,walk to beach or fishing, great neighborhood.

we had a great time the place was as accurate and the location was perfect. we went to Tampa less than a hour away saw the aquarium,Leggoland, Deep sea fishing and got lots of fish, saw Dolphins and we had a few drinks at the Drunken Clam. It was perfect took the dog to the beach and the out side shower was great for him to get the sand off of him, small back yard so he could round around in and to sit and just relax. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in St. Petes Beach this is the place. The outdoor beach rinse off shower and the newly tiled outside screened in patio are just two of our new features at our beach vacation house that our family is also looking forward to enjoying this year. I looked up the temperature in St. Pete this morning and seen it is 80 and 84 tomorrow with hardly any humidity...... my wife and I said.. Florida, here we come. We have had several inquires for weekends in April and May, but have decided we also need to enjoy the beach as well.

Relaxing and Fun Location

My wife and I recently spent a week at this vacation rental. Our time there was wonderful, relaxing, and a well needed vacation! The home was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We spent the mornings taking our dog on quick trips to Ft. De Soto dog beach/park just down the road (15 minutes drive). After tiring out our dog, we spent the afternoons on us. Several days we simply walked to the end of the street and out onto the beach. Other fun activities were parasailing, touring downtown St. Petersburg, and trying out many of the local restaurants/bars (some direclty on the beach).

The owner was also great to work with. This was our first time renting a home as a vacation rental so we had a lot of questions. The owner promptly responded to all of our e-mails. Additionally, he suggested some of his favorite local places to see which was great for us newcomers to the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit St. Pete Beach and rent this home again!

I'm looking forward to relaxing there as soon as I can work out a time it's not rented and I can escape from work. I can't even explain how much I miss the walks on the beach at sunset as well as eating breakfast at sunrise with my feet in the sand.

Perfect Location

I stayed in Tommy's house for three great months. It's a great house in a great location. Far enough away from the beach to be quiet but near enough to walk to everything. The house is very clean and nice. I was there by myself most of the time and felt very secure. I also loved walking across the street to watch the sunrise on the inter-coastal and walking a short way on the adjoining island to a park to watch the sunset with my dog. Or three blocks to the beach to watch the sunset on other evenings. Also, the screened patio/porch was a great place to relax. Life was full of choices at Tommy's house.

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation. Beach house was wonderful, close to everything. We enjoyed riding the bikes, even had a family ride with our 16 year old son which doesn't happen often! Several friends staying in St Pete for Spring Break were very inpressed with the house as they were in small condos or hotel rooms. The view from the house was beautiful. We have stayed in many places over the past 10 years for spring breaks and this was one of the best!! The owners were wonderful to us. If we go back to St Pete next year this is where I would love to stay again.

My hubby and I had an amazing week here! The house was clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed, including our doggies, and we could have stayed forever! The bed was so comfortable. The floors were cool and easy to keep clean. The fenced in yard came in handy, and we really enjoyed time on the front patio and the back screened in porch. The location was great. We enjoyed fishing from the bridge across the street. We also took advantage of the bikes provided to ride to restaurants, the store or the beach. These things were close enough to walk to, but the bikes were more fun! This was our dream vacation and I'm still glowing. Thank you for having us!

Perfect vacation home

I spent two months in this wonderful little house. It was perfect for me. The location in St Pete Beach is close to everything you wish to do on a Florida vacation. The house was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. I loved sitting out on the screened lanai, walking to the beach and riding a bicycle around the little island. I would love to return again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the great review. Our beach house is the one place my wife, kids and I look forward to going to several times a year. We live in southern California and the beaches here are way to crowded and expensive to spend any kind of long term, relaxing vacation at. Just by chance we found St. Pete Beach on a visit to Florida and fell in love with the beaches, people, sunsets, attractions, and fishing. Well, the fishing part was mostly my favorite thing. We decided St. Pete was the place for us, and now we go every spring, summer and fall for a few weeks. Our blue tiled roof beach house is the perfect little place for my wife and kids take off from, and the little bridge crossing over to Boca Ciega Island is perfect for fishing off. I love to walk over to it with my morning cup of coffee and watch the dolphin and sea cows swim by. I miss it right now.
Anyway, thank you again. My family and I hope you come back to enjoy our vacation home again and again.
