We were a little concerned if the house we rented was going to match the pictures and description listed. It was a relief to see the pictures match the listing and the house was in great condition. The location was convenient as it seemed to take us less than 15 minutes to get to any attraction. The house is in a nice quiet area away from the main street. Unfortunately it rained almost the whole time we were there so we did not get to use the pool much. We really enjoyed our weekend there and would definately recommend the house to any of our friends and family.

Everything WE Could Have Needed

My family had a wonderful time at the Villa. Everything we could have needed was there for our enjoyment. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, cups and dishes.The beds and linens are very comfortable, it us so close to every thing you want to do and see. The owners go out of their way to give you directions to all the attractions and shopping. Having the private pool is a big plus. We were in it every night when we came in late from our day of exploring the parks.Having your own washer and dryer is a great as well. We highly recommends this villa. Thank you again!

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en esa casa tan cómoda, todo lo que se necesitaba estaba allí. La limpieza era lo que destacaba esta vivienda. La piscina bella, pero dado que desde la mañana disfrutábamos los parques no nos quedaba tiempo para usarla. Es un lugar ideal para descansar, ya que solo se escucha el cantar de los pájaros. Apropiado para familia con niños por su seguridad. Cerca de todo, unidos por buenas carreteras. La atención de Susan y Robert muy cordial.

Family Holiday to orlando

We had a good holiday in Orlando, and were able to find the villa very easily and it was it was exactly as described and very clean. We found that the season’s estate was a nice area and was very quiet and pleasant. We found the property very spacious and could easily have had more than the 4 of us in it. It was very well equipped and found the appliances easy to use and worked well.
The villa is in walking distance to its local Walmart which has a Macdonalds in. We asked Robert a couple of questions while over there and we got responses very quickly. It was nice to have a call to check everything was ok. We went to Smokybones as recommended by Robert and had a very good meal . We would Stay at the villa again in the near future.

Tout était très bien. Maison bien entretenue et bien équipée. Résidence calme. Kissimmee est une petite ville proche de tous les parcs principaux, c'est très pratique. Propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactif. Un super séjour. A recommander. ----------------------------------------------------- Everything was fine. House well maintained and well equipped. Quiet area. Kissimmee is a small town close to all the major parks, it is very convenient. Owner attentive and very responsive. A great time. Would recommend.

We can highly recommend this house. It is close to everything in Orlando. The house had what we needed, and the help getting an agreement and help during our stay was perfect. If we are going back to Orlando, we would like to stay here again. So to make it short - We can only recommend this villa!

Perfect Base for Central Florida

Arrived at the house late afternoon, all was clean and tidy. Our party of 4 was well accommodated and had plenty of space to unpack and relax.
Only problem was that the phone did not work, a quick e mail via the free wi-fi resulted in the property management company resolving the fault while we out...outstanding, the modem needed a reboot apparently. We had a courtesy call from Richard the owner which was a nice touch.
The house was well equipped and we even cooked on a couple of mornings! Walmart is just round the corner for shopping when you arrive.
The pool was warm and a goodsize, well worth the extra for getting it heated.
A good price for a nice spec holiday home from home

Summary my experience with Ward & Holmes as perfect! Since the time of booking, I realized I was dealing with professionals. For me, it was no surprise having spent some great moments in this house. My whole family loved it! As many have said, everything we read and see in photos in the property description is extremely reliable and everything works perfectly. The attention given by Robert, Suzanne and Peter are out of the ordinary. I recommend this house with praise. I will return for sure.

We were very pleased with the property we chose. The house looked exactly like the pictures - which was our biggest worry. When we 1st walked in there was a Christmas tree set up with a few presents under the tree for us - so touching!
It was a perfect place to stay while we were in Florida for our holiday. The home was extremely clean (I am super picky). The pool was clean and heated for when we arrived - its not too deep 5 feet at the deepest. The house has an alarm which made us feel very safe at night and when we left the property. There is a clean washer and dryer in the garage which was much used. The kitchen is well equipped with a lot of British touches (Queen's Jubilee mugs and really good tea) - there is a dishwasher and a fridge that makes ice. The community is clean and quiet and Suzanne and Peter (property managers) were helpful. The owners were great to deal with too. They answered our emails with a lot of detail - which was appreciated. Great job!!
I recommend this home to anyone visiting the Orlando area - 25 minutes to Universal & Disney and 1 hr from NASA and the beach.
