Very comfortable house of 220 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen of 20m2 and a 45m2 living room. It includes a 900m2 garden and a swimming pool. It is ideal for families with pets who want to enjoy peaceful holidays amidst nature.
Private car or motorcycle, necessary.

Nice house to unwind from busy Barcelona

In October 2012 we have stayed with 5 adults for a couple of days in the house. It was very clean, very well maintained and with amenities in good working order. The house is definitely big enough for 6 people. We very much like the view from the house and having dinner outside on the patio - which was lovely during the October evenings.
The house is located approximately 25 minutes from the Barcelona city center and provided us with an opportunity to relax and unwind when we came home every evening. During our stay we never experienced any serious traffic problems in getting to the city. We parked in the parking garage at Bus Station Nord (easy to get to, not very cheap though) and took the metro from there to explore the city. We also spend one day visiting the Dali museum in Figuers, about 1hour and 15 minutes via the main highway. A very unique museum.
Note that the house is located in a neighborhood with winding and steep roads - a GPS system is very handy to find the house. Also note that the driveway to the house (the last 20 meters, from the main road to the house) is very steep and with a narrow curve. Very big cars can have a problem crossing this last 20 meters.
Dealing with Mar Aguilera (the owner) was very easy and pleasant - she responded quickly to emails and text messages. She also provided us with all kind of tips for shopping (supermarket), parking in Barcelona and places to see and/or visit. If we would come back to Barcelona then this would certainly be the place for us.

Holiday in Barcelona`s suburb

We had a great holiday in Barcelona`s suburb. House is situated in a quiet village. Window with stunning views. All the services are a few kilometers from house. Golf course in each direction of 30-50 km distance from the apartment. Journey the village's "pitch and put" cource about 1 km. It is inexpensive and nice. Lunch include in green fee.
House is charming and comfortable. It responded fully to all our expectations. Homeowner ensure that our holiday went well. She provide d excellent customer service. I would recommend this property to family or groop how want to spent all-roun holiday (sport, culture, peace etc).
