The kitchen is well equipped and has an informal dining area with doors opening onto the pool deck. The laundry room has washing machine and tumble dryer.

Whether you have escaped the crowds in Orlando, or have decided to re-charge your batteries by relaxing or playing golf in the 'Sunshine State', our Villa will be the retreat to suit your needs.

Rotonda has a nature reserve & we are often visited by a heron seeking his breakfast. There are many more birds & animals that use Rotonda as a refuge. The Cedar Environmental Park is the place to see the American Eagle nesting if you are holidaying at the right time of year. If not, there is plenty more to see there.

The sub-tropical climate means that the weather stays relatively mild all year.

Busch Gardens is the closest Theme Park (1.5 hours drive - north), and you can reach Everglade City (3.5 hours drive - south) to experience an air boat ride, meeting alligators & seeing the local bird life.

Self catering or eating out?: There are a number of supermarkets located close to Rotonda eg Publix and Winn Dixie, which will provide for all your self-cateringt needs. There is a large WalMart store in Englewood which is easily reached from the Villa.

There are cafes located around Rotonda e.g. The Morning Muse, Egg & I, Fiddlers Green who can rustle up a great breakfast meal for you if you decide not to cook in the mornings.

Also there are lovely restaurants within easy driving distance of our Villa either close to Rotonda or further afield in Port Charlotte.

Retail Therapy: Port Charlotte's Murdock Circle provides great shopping with five big retailers - Dillards, JC Penny, Bells, Macy's and Sears. If you wish to go further afield, you can go shopping at Ellenton Outlet Mall (just outside Tampa - 1 hours drive) or visit either the Miromar Outlet (10 minutes from Fort Myers Airport) and Coconut Point at Fort Myers. There is also a giant FleaMasters market in this area for you to wander around at your leisure and grab a bargain.
