We went to Valencia in June in search of sun and relaxation.We booked our apartment in the very convenient area of Ruzafa and we were not disappointed.This two bedroomed apartment was perfect for us and our baby.The kitchen is very well equipped and everything easy to use.The bedrooms were perfect,one with a lovely en-suite bathroom and the beds were very comfortable.There is great space in the apartment and the aircondtioning is superb.
We were met on arrival and were made very welcome.
Ruzafa is an up and coming area in the city,we lived there for a year and it has lots of bars and restaurants that will give you a genuine feel for the city.
I couldn't recommed the apartment more and when we do return to Valencia we would definately stay there

Eine großartige Wohnung zu einem super Preis

Uns hat diese große, helle und schön eingerichtete Wohnung sehr gefallen und unsere Erwartungen wurden komplett übertroffen! Alles war sauber und man hatte alles in der Wohnung was man brauchte (Geschirr, ...).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Zentrum der Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke.
Abschließend ist zu sagen, dass die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend sind und das Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist!

We stayed in this flat from Sept 10th through Sept 17th and highly recommend it. It is located in a very nice quiet area with plenty of local restaurants and close to the main areas of interest in Valencia City. This flat is on the top floor of a beautiful building with all amenities included. This truly was a home away from home, very comfortable and clean. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

we stayed at the apartment for a week and had a great time. the place is better then pictures make out - very beautiful. it was very clean and the owners were very helpful whenever we needed help or anything. although do note the 2nd bedroom does not have air con (rest of the apartment does). great location - not far from the old town, beaches or city of arts. there were 4 of us so we just took a taxi everywhere - usually cost us about 10 euros. the apartment includes everything you could possibly need and there are good local facilities - def recommend the bingo across the road for a quirky/crazy experience.

My husband, two children ( (aged 9 and 4) and I had a great week in this lovely Spanish flat. It was very quiet yet within 10 - 15 minutes walk from all of Valencia's main sights.( or 5 euros in a taxi when we got tired !) The flat itself is beautiful, very Spanish and with a lot of character. It was spotlessly clean and we couldn't fault it. We were very grateful for the air conditioning as it was very hot in July. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends and family.

Great hospitality ! Very clean, and quiet for sleeping. Perfectly located within walking distance to the city center. Excellent vacation apartment .... Viva La Espana !

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in this spacious flat in the Ruzafa area of Valencia. The flat was very comfortable and well maintained (a genuine "home from home") and the ideal location from which to explore Valencia. The information provided by the flat's owner about restaurants and places of interest etc was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this flat as a good base from which to explore all that Valencia has to offer. I know where I want to stay when I return yo Valencia!

L'appartement correspondait précisément à nos attentes:spacieux,lumineux,bien équipé;le quartier reste un endroit animé la journée et calme le soir.L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter à pied les curiosités de Valence Si l'on fatigue un peu,le métro ou les taxis (pas chers en Espagne) sont rapidement accessibles.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Un petit plus serait de prévoir deux petites chaises pliantes pour lire sur le toit et ainsi de pouvoir prendre le soleil sans se déplacer entre les visites Je tiens aussi à remercier la jeune fille qui nous a si bien accueilli et son papa

Very well located flat - big, clean and very cosy

We had a very nice time in Valencia (2 weeks in September 2008). The flat is big, clean and nice and very cosy. It is also very well located - we could walk to everything. We spent most of our evenings in the flat - cooking ourselves in the wonderfull kitchen with everything you need. We also want to mentioned the very warm welcome we got. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful apartment. Having stayed in other cities before we can really recommend this particular accomodation, it is light and airy with one large bedroom and one smaller one. The whole apartment is really well kitted out with the kitchen and dining area especially having everything that we needed and more. The acommodation was plenty big enough for 4 of us for a whole week (not bad for city). The shared areas in the block including the lift are immaculate (that's usually the part that lets an apartment down in our opinion) Only 10 mins walk from the main train station(you start to see the city centre from that point on). If you want to be near the city then this place is great - it's a bit further to the beach but one of the best things about Valencia is the taxi's - we didn't pay more than 8 euros to get anywhere and you can hail them from right outside the door. We were there in August and a lot of the local places were closed for holidays but we still found some fantastic coffee and tapas bars within 3-4 mins walk from the apartment. You can easily walk to the Arts and Sciences centre too which is a must on a trip to Valencia. We hope to come back one day...thank you
