Self catering private villa

This modern villa, with a striking linear design, was created to highlight the precious aspects of both the mountain and the sea. With this in mind, it offers a wonderful flow from the inside living areas to the outdoor patios, both front and back.

In the front, overlooking the whole of Camps Bay, is a glazed tiled patio that is highlighted by both, a deep blue rim flow pool & sparkling outdoor jacuzzi spa bath, as well as other spacious entertainment areas, both tiled and lawned.

The rear of the villa enables one to walk on the wild side by simply stepping off the fan cobbled terrace right onto the slopes of Table Mountain National Park… the Twelve Apostles!

Indoors: On entering the Villa through the plant lined entrance hall, you will find a formal lounge with an open fire place, living room, dining room, (double volume with large picture window), games room (with chess, dart board, pool table, air hockey table & soccer table), fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

There are 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people, along with 3 bathrooms (main en-suite with spa bath & dressing room). Sleeping facilities can also be arranged in the very large games room, which is the highest room in the Villa with its own patio & unobstructed views of the whole of Camps Bay & the Table Mountain Nature Reserve. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, clock radio, air conditioner (heating & cooling), safe, torch & hair drier.

Parking & Security : A large remote controlled double garage (with lots of storage), is directly linked to the Villa. There is a superior remote controlled monitored security system with armed response, for security. Very private… very secure

The Villa is equipped with a DSTV satellite dish and an integrated surround sound system (TV. radio, video tape & CD. player). Bring your own I-pod, USB stick & CD’s.

Entertainment: On offer, for your enjoyment, there is a solar heated rim flow swimming pool with Martini seating….jacuzzi spa bath with massage jets….both a built-in & portable barbecue….comfortable outdoor furniture, loungers & umbrellas.

The Villa is equipped with a DSTV satellite dish and an integrated surround sound system (TV. radio, video tape & CD. player). Bring your own iPod, USB stick & CD’s.

The many guests that have stayed in our Villa have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and often regarded it as a holiday of a lifetime.

This villa is an absolute gem! We stayed here with 3 people for 1 week in November 2012. It has some of the best sea views from the front and stunning mountain views from the back. The pictures reflect exactly how the villa is, if anything, the place is even more stunning in real life. The villa was clean and the kitchen contains all the modern amenities to make your life easy. The rooms have each their own tv and the bathoorms have both shower and bath. You will have plenty of privacy as it is the last villa from the mountain side.
The villa is in an absolute perfect setting with some of the best restaurants and local supermarkets just a few minutes away. Also, it has one of the best security systems we have seen, so you will always feel safe.
The ownsers are the kindest people that will go out of the way to make your stay nothing but wonderful. Always on call, they were extremely professional and available if we needed them. We hope to come back again soon and definitly recommend this villa! It is everything you dreamed off for a perfect holiday.

What a great villa AVIEW is. The whole ambiance of the place is summed up by its name. We stayed there in December 2011 with friends. We were greeted by the lovely owners who briefed us on the facilities, the workings, the security (absolutely top of the market), and the neighbourhood.
The view is entrancing. Imagine Camps Bay in the foreground, Lions Head to your right and Table Mountain behind. Can you make a better cocktail?
The villa is very well equipped and we ate in very comfortably most nights (we lunched out). Talking of comfort, to have an indoor Jacuzzi as well as the outdoor before going to a very comfortable bed is just 5*. I think that sums up this villa.
