First Class Accommodation
Seven of us have just arrived back from what can only be described as a sensational experience in Orlando. The villa was exceptional! Overall cleanliness, furnishings and decor was to a very high standard. In fact, sheer indulgence! There was nothing we could fault and if anything had gone wrong, I knew the Management Company would have been more than happy to sort any problem. All rooms, bedrooms were luxurious, the pool and pool area was fabulous and my teenage children loved the games room. My fifteen year old son indulged himself with the books in the study and my 78 year old mom loved the large book about Elvis that was in the den. The bedroom and the bed and bathroom off the pool area is extremely large and plush, which to my husbands and my horror my 20 year daughter laid claim to this room and would not leave. We had a fabulous holiday from start to finish and Jacqui was with us every step of the way, from booking to us arriving back home. The whole process was not in the least stressful. The location of the villa was fine, you just joined the 27 and the I4 and Disney was 25 mins away, with Sea World, Universal, Discovery Cove etc a bit further. Publix and Walmart nearby. We enjoyed eating at Manny's Chop House and tried Golden Corral which we enjoyed, but be aware of eating too much! The security of the Villa is brilliant! When we arrived late on Saturday night after a four hour flight delay, my husband went the wrong way when trying to find the alarm box for the first time and the alarm went off. Immediately we had a security phone call, Property Management also phoned and a Security guard also turned up. We felt a little embarrassed but we knew then security was tight. When driving for the first time in Florida please read up on a few road rules before you go. We had a very scary experience when two state troopers pulled us over because we did not pull over into middle lane when they had pulled another car over. We did not know that if an emergency vehicle or if there are roadworks you have to move lanes away from the parked vehicles or if you cannot pull over you have to slow down to 20 miles per hour. We were told by a coach driver that we were extremely lucky not to have had a fine, as state troopers very rarely just caution. I will conclude by thanking Jacqui for letting us stay in their beautiful home and could quite happily have stayed longer. Beverley Smith, Dudley, West Midlands.
Owner's Response: Dear Beverley
Thanks for the detailed review of our villa. We are so pleased that you had an excellent time. Your point about the differing road rules is very valid and I shall include this in future guest correspondence where they are travelling from outside of the USA.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home again next time you decide to visit the area.
Best wishes Jacqui
