5 bedroom luxury villa on Florida Gulf Coast
This is a fully equipped 5 bedroom family home with 3 bathrooms (including one en-suite), large private screened pool and large garden. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and en-suite. There are 2 queen bedrooms with TV. The fourth & fifth bedroom have twin beds each. The lounge features a leather suite and TV with a DVD player and games area with pool table. This room is connected to a family room with a sectional, and leads out to the heated pool through patio doors. There is also a separate sitting room with TV and an adjoining dining room. The kitchen is modern, fully-fitted with all usual appliances and a breakfast area with table. There is a separate laundry room with washer & dryer. All bedding/towels supplied. The villa is fully air-conditioned and with cable TV. High speed fibre optic broadband facility is also available for guests wishing to bring lap tops that can access a wireless network. The telephone calls within US & Canada are free. There is a double lock-up garage

Bradenton Manatee oaks villa
I would not hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone and would consider returning due to its very convenient location. The villa was located near to shopping centre (wall mart) which provided all possible requirements and was also near to many restaurants. Within 10 miles there were many excellent beaches whilst the superb St Pete’s beach was about a 30 minute drive. Sarasota was located nearby whilst Tampa was also within easy reach. Day trips were made easily to Orlando and the Everglades . There was nothing about this property which failed to satisfy me completely.
