This oceanfront, five-story building is located on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. These luxury condos offer on-site managers, heated pool with sundeck, gas barbecues and shuffleboard. For the beach area, sand toys and chairs are provided as well as beach volleyball.

The on-site managers keep the grounds and pool area beautifully groomed. They are available to assist you with your arrival and help make your stay a pleasant experience. They are pleased to answer your questions and assist you in handling your reservations.

Each condo is individually owned and decorated. Our managers will be happy to answer any questions to help you meet your rental needs . You have lots to choose from.

Magnificent sunsets! Enjoy a panoramic view of the beach as you watch dolphins play in the Gulf. Take a leisurely stroll on the wide, white, sandy beach.

Take a short walk down the beach to the famous John’s Pass Village. The boardwalk is lined with restaurants and quaint shops; making it a great place to stroll and window shop. This village showcases a wonderful fishing pier and plays host to numerous charter boats, casino boats, parasailing, jet skiing, live music and great night life and much more.

I have been staying at the Collwood property for over 10 years now.

The facilities are spotless, the units kept very clean. Great bbq area and being able to walk outside your door and there is the beach is a plus plus!!

Caron and John are simply wonderful and maintain the property beautifully. Not only do they run the building they become like family and are always approachable.

Whether you visit the Collwood with your family or friends you will not be disappointed. A good time will always be had by all.

I highly recommend the rental property for a vacation anytime...............can't wait to go back in 2012!!
