We have a range of rooms - Single, Double, Triple and Family rooms with en suite bathrooms.

Barry House has been rated by Visit Britain as Three Star Guest Accommodation

Our rates include English Breakfast served each morning in our dining room.

Ideally located on the famous Hyde Park estate, Barry House is in a pretty and tranquil part of the city, but still very close to many attractions. Just 2 minutes walk away is Hyde Park itself where you can go for a morning stroll or jog; hire a row boat on the lake; or feed the ducks and squirrels. Just ten minutes walk away is Marble Arch and the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street.

With two underground stations and numerous bus routes serving the area you are never far from all that London has to offer.

The rooms have flat screen TV; tea/coffee making facilities; hair dryer; telephone (UK calls only).

We provide a daily maid service with all linen and towels included.

We are a non smoking building.

This is a lovely little spot well located close to Paddington station so it's easy to get around London and use this as a base for your visit. The staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. A real surprise was the comfort of the beds which were above average and we had a great sleep. Also the bathroom was renovated and was relatively large compared to some other places where we also stayed on the same trip. overall great value.

We had the best vacation on the Barry House Hotel.
The owners are very kind and always happy to help.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great.
We'll sure be back there on our next visit to London.

'Berry House was a wonderful experience! Who knew that London could be so affordable? The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The area is safe and amazingly quiet for being near so many hotels, pubs and restaurants. The location could not be more convenient, only 5 minutes from Paddington station (both rail and underground service). Breakfast is plain but hearty. It suited our needs perfectly.'

The place had a good location, near Hyde Park and close to Paddington. The rooms were very clean, albeit a bit small. The owners were extremely helpful and the breakfast was decent. The bathroom was recently renovated and very clean.

Our stay could not have been more conveniently located. Less than 2 blocks from Paddington Station. Close to lots of restaurants and pubs, convenience stores, and an internet cafe. Also just 2 blocks from Hyde Park. We had a big window in our room with plenty of ventilation, a recently remodeled bathroom, and air conditioning. The room was clean, but not clean-freak clean. The owner saved us money on a tour and on a matinee show (we asked around). Breakfast was typical English and adequate. Would stay again.
