Very nice apartment

Good apartment that is just as promised. Good space for 2 people, but I imagine you'd be crowded if you are 4-5 people.
I'd like to stay here again the next time I'm in Athens.

We stayed at this apartment in May with our two children and found it to be very convenient and a good value. The location is excellent, in a very nice part of Athens away from the very busy areas. There is everything you need within easy walking distance, supermarket, shops, restaurants. The proximity to the metro makes experiencing Athens very easy. The owners were very helpful and willing to come out to get our internet working. The apartment is very modern and secure. A nice alternative to high priced hotels.

We travelled with 2 kids aged 5 and 10 and found the apartment vey suitable for our stay of 4 days. The owner was very flexible and met us late at night(1.30am) to hand over the key.Supermarket about 10 mins away on foot and stocks everything you need. Great fruit and veg market outside your doorstep on Wednesday. Property very secure with intercom, lift and triple bolt. You will need to keep the place clean yourself but all materials provided.
Flight was late evening and owner let us store luggage till later. Very nice stay.

Fantastic stay, exactly what we were after! Privacy, space, modern, clean, quiet, relaxing...much, much better than staying in a hotel. Will most def. be back.

The property was as described with the metro into the centre of Athens 50 metres away. The metro was easy to use. It was in a good area of town with shops, bars, restaurants and cinema.The supermarket was about 100 yards away and sold a wonderful selection of olive, feta cheese and other Greek specialities. There was a very attractive square with restaurants and bars to wander around at night nearby. There was a bar where we could watch Euro 2008, a definite plus for the husband, Everywhere seemed a little cheaper than in the centre of Athens and possibly more Greek.
The property itself was in a small block of about nine flats on the first floor. There was a entry phone system on the door to the block. The property was light and airy. There was a small entrance hall open plan to the kitchen/ diner and sitting room. then a short passage to the bathroom/ toilet and the bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe. It was well decorated in a modern style. There was everything you needed- washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, TV and DVD.The balcony was lovely for breakfast and dinner. You could watch the world go by.
When the DVD did not work, the owners came to inspect it immediately and were very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to a friend or relative.

This property is exactly what I was looking for in Athens. Clean, modern and easy access to the Athens Metro. This is a really pleasant place to stay while being a tourist in the Athens area.
The neighborhood is clean and safe and near a great, local Greek restaurant as well as other businesses, such as a good supermarket. Easy Metro access is the key feature for tourists and with 10 Euro for a week's pass, the best bargain in town. I would definitely rent this property again when in Athens and recommend it highly to others.
