Wonderful view... Excellent loft, really well furnished and clean. The sun in the morning lights it in a spectacular way. Ana and her couisin Rita are really nice, kind and helpful. We hope to come back, Lisbona has enchanted us!

This apartment was extremely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. I have been to Lisbon several times and I choose to stay in the Alfama neighborhood where this apartment is located. It has a wonderful view of the River from this 5th floor apartment and is in a great location right next to the Se Cathedral.

For a larger group of people, this worked great. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again.

What a fabulous apartment! It's even better than the photos, spacious, modern, extremely well equipped and with the most amazing views over the river. Both Ana and Rita were great to deal with and were so helpful and responsive. The whole process went very smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better stay in Lisbon! Oh and the area is also wonderful! Close to attractions, shopping, restaurants etc but with a local feel. Across the road from the apartment there is a great little cafe for brunch and other good finds in the area were the Italian restaurant just up from the cafe and a bar/cafe a little further up from that that does great burgers and simple food until 1am. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

We spent perfect days in this loft. It's a very stylish and modern apartement with a fantastic view over the river. It's situated in a central and quiet area with interesting historic sites. There are also a lot of good restaurants and cafés around it. We can recommend it to everybody who is planning his trip to Lisbon, you won't be disappointed!

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit viel Platz für sechs Personen. Wir feierten dort den 70. Geburtstag meiner Frau und es war der richtige Platz dafür. Jeder einzelne unserer Familie, alt und jung, war begeistert, vor allem von dem eleganten Design der Wohnung mit der Dachstube und dem großartigen Blick über den Tejo, an dem wir uns nicht satt sehen konnten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man für die Ferientage braucht, so einem modernen Gasherd und einem Geschirrspüler. Auf den Bettmatratzen zu schlafen war ein Vergnügen. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Abgesehen vom Sightseeing vergnügten wir uns bei unserem Lieblings-Familienspiel am großen Holztisch oder genossen die Muße auf der bequemen Sitzgarnitur im Wohnraum.
Die Wohnung, im Altstatdtviertel „Alfama“, ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Lissabon zu erkunden, mit mehreren nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Kathedrale Sé, dem Castelo de Sao Jorge und verschiedenen herrlichen Aussichtspunkten. Es macht einfach Spaß, durch die Gassen zu schlendern, an den alten Häusern vorbei, die einen Eindruck davon vermitteln, wie die Architektur im Mittelalter ausgesehen hat. Alfama war beim Erdbeben von 1755 großenteils nicht zerstört worden. Man findet kleine Restaurants, die gutes Essen zu niedrigen Preisen und freundlichen Service bieten, kleine Lebensmittelläden („Tante-Emma“) – einer genau neben dem Eingang zu unserem Apartment – Cafés und Bars.
Wir können dieses Apartment voll und ganz empfehlen. Eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Fünf Sterne!

Ana and her cousin Rita were excellent to deal with and were extremely helpful, and offered wonderful advice throughout the process of booking, visiting, and checking out. The loft itself is beautiful and even better than the pictures can show. It is very close to the water and there is an excellent view from the balcony. The loft is in the Alfama zone, a cool old area of Lisbon, with many many restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery, butcher, baker, etc all close by. Many of the major tourist sites can be walked to from this loft, and taxi's are cheap in Lisbon if you want to go anywhere else in the city. The main train station, Cais de Sodre is about 15 mins walk as well. From there, you can catch a train to the beaches near to Lisbon for great food, nice scenery, great walking paths, surfing, etc, etc. It is easy for me to rate this location a 5 Star. We loved the apartment, it really is as good as it sounds and, looks in the pictures, the position is also ideal in this historic sector. I have to admit it is a bit of a climb up the stairs but, it's worth every step when greeted by this fully equiped immaculate home from home.
If you need any tips on local attractions Ana will provide you with a wealth of ideas and even help with the arrangements but there are Fado and Jazz clubs within very short walking distance for evening entertainment.
