125 m2 Beautiful summer holiday house, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 outdoor shower, big living room, beautiful big garden with tropical plants, private pool. Outdoor terrace with seating for 7. A car is recommended, but taxis are inexpensive in Thailand. The villa is 14 km from Hua Hin, only 2½ km from Royal Hua Hin Golf Course, 4 km to the most beautiful quiet beach, Sai Noi Beach. 1 1/2 km from food stores. Self-catering.
About the area: House maid: It is possible to have a house maid every day to clean and making beds and maybe for washing.

The property manager waited up late (after 11.30 PM) to receive us and came back early next morning to help us with the shopping so we could have breakfast. So thoughtful. Much appreciated!
The house was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable and provided an excellent base for our explorations of the area.
Nice garden with exotic plants and the pool was refreshing.
To sum it up: a very positive stay.

Schönes Haus in schlechter Lage

Leider liegt das Haus nicht wie in der Karte eingezeichnet nah am Strand. Sie verbringen ihren Urlaub an einer stark befahrenen Bundesstraße, auf der 24 Stunden Autos, Mopeds, LKW´s und Busse vorbeidonnern.
Direkt hinter dem Hauptschlafzimmer, etwa 50 Meter entfernt beschallt Sie täglich (7 Tage die Woche) die eine Bar bis Nachts um 2-3 Uhr mit lauter Musik. Die Musik hören Sie in allen 3 Schlafzimmern gleich gut.
Das Haus ist recht schön und die Fotos auf dieser Seite entsprechen der Realität. Die Sauberkeit der Bäder entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Hier konnten wir mit einer Flasche Allzweckreiniger Abhilfe schaffen. Toilettenpapier war nicht vorhanden.
Falls Sie mit 7 Personen anreisen, reichen die Handtücher und Badetücher nicht aus! Geschirrhandtücher sind keine vorhanden und Trinkwasser müssen Sie in Plastikflaschen besorgen.
Um den schönen Sa Noi Strand zu erreichen müssen Sie, bei strammen gehen, 45 Minuten zu Fuß einplanen. Nach Hua Hin müssen Sie 14 km mit dem Minibus oder dem Auto fahren.
Wenn Sie wie wir Ruhe suchen, ist dies nicht das richtige Ferienhaus.
Die Betreuung und Organisation durch die Vermieterin im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Die Zahlungsabwicklung war einwandfrei.
Leider gibt es Vorort keinen englisch sprechenden Ansprechpartner, der weiterhelfen kann. Die telefonische Betreuung durch Frau AE war dürftig. Persönlich haben wir sie nicht kennengelernt.
Leider fehlte im Haus eine Gästeinformationsmappe.
Der Internetanschluss reicht gerade mal aus um E-Mails abzurufen und Web-Radio in Mono auf 48 KB zu hören - die Leitung bricht mehrmals täglich zusammen. Auf dem Fernseher waren nur Thailändische Sender eingestellt. Einschalten sinnlos wenn man nicht Thai spricht und versteht.

I am very sorry that you did not tell me about the towels and internet.
The new renter there are in the house now told me when they arrived, and the internet was repaired the same day they arrive, or after few days after, because they have to draw some new lines, and Aee bought new towels. I know that Aee should have told me.
About how long there are to the beach, well, it is in the add that there are 4½ km to the beach, and the house is 14 km. south for Hua Hin.
Just now the house/ area, is changing from my own water tank to public water, so I have heard there have been some problems, but I did not know that the house could be without water. If you had email me The problem woyld have been solded rifgt away.
The public water is finish now so there are no more problems. About the bar, I did not know that before you told me now, and I have asked my contact in Thailand to build I higher wall. I do hope that you, after all, had some good days.

It is not the house there are in the main road, it is the resort. My land is nr. 4 on the left hand, and I have never before, in 6 years, got any complains about the traffic.
The renters find it good that there is a bus stop so near by. The bus is leaving every 20 minute to Hua Hin.
It is not right that nobody speak English, my Thai contact the renter get from me, talk perfect English, but it is important to contact her or me if there are any problems at all.
Even when there come public water I still will say that don't drink it, like all the countries outside Europe, take care of the water.
