A dream for sun lovers and design aficionados, convention visitors and vacationers. The 'Terrace Apartment' is situated in the epicenter of Cannes. It has a large living room with an open Poggenpohl kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and as a highlight a 45 QM south-east terrace with lighted bar, lounge and a dining table for 10. The sun peaks around the corner just in time for breakfast.

The designer furniture from Kartell, Busk & Hertzog and Hey flatter the eye. The luxurious bathrooms provide wellness for the body.

High tech is standard: free WiFi, Loewe Air Speaker for the i-phone, satellite TV and a Samsung smart TV, that can be used to surf the web or to rent movies. Both bedrooms are equipped with a fully glazed wall to the living room (soundproof). Solid oakwood shutters provide privacy. They can be opened by remote control and this creates a fascinating play of light and shadow. Of course all rooms are airconditioned.

Beautifully Appointed

We stayed for a week in this beautifully appointed apartment. The location is perfect for exploring local dining and shopping, and it is easy walking distance to the Palais. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, the furnishings and fittings are of the highest quality and everything is well maintained. The stunning terrace is perfect for entertaining, the pictures barely do it justice! Would definitely recommend the apartment, and hope to return this year.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
L'appartement est très design et confortable et nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse ensoleillée et calme.
Il est situé vraiment en plein centre, proche de tout.
Si nous revenons a Cannes, ce sera définitivement ici.

Excellent home, great location close to Croisette

We stayed during recent half term break with our family and friends, in the week following the Film Festival 2012. Great location, easy access, secure and discrete.

Despite location on just off Rue de Antibes, very quiet and private. Sunny terrace a great bonus.

Highly recommended for both business and pleasure!

Nous, deux couples avec chacun une fille de 2 ans, venons de passer quelques jours très, très agréables dans cet appartement. Il est très confortable, moderne, et en même temps chaleureux, il n’y manque rien. C’était vraiment commode d’avoir, chacun, sa propre salle de bain à coté de sa chambre.

Les jours commençaient avec le petit déjeuner sur la grande terrasse, en plein soleil. Puis, grâce à l’excellente localisation de l’appartement, il y avait toute la ville de Cannes à explorer. Tout est à proximité : le supermarché, le boulanger, mais également la plage, les magasins et boutiques et le Palais du Festival. L’appartement est très central, mais très calme.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander l’appartement, et nous sommes surs d’y revenir dans un futur proche.
