Villa Royal Sunshine

Thank you so much for allowing us to do vacation at your beautiful Villa Royal Sunshine home.
We had a wonderful time here this week, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool and spa!
Cape Coral is a great area with many beautiful beaches nearby, and we definitely hope to return again soon!

what a pleasant experience

What a pleasant experience my husband and I had when we recently rented two properties from Exclusive Tropical Villas DBA, the Villa Royal Sunshine and the Villa Sunrise. Our first experience was with the larger Villa Royal Sunshine. The pool and spa area were particularly delightful and the house itself, spacious, comfortable and immaculate, with push-back sliders opening the rooms to the outside lanai area.. Villa Sunrise was more suitably sized for just the two of us but again, a property in immaculate condition, attractively decorated and fully appointed, with a nicely done Trex docking area and fun tiki bar. Iwona and Herbert Hofman were very attentive to our needs and accommodating to our schedule. We would not hesitate to rent through their company again and can highly recommend their houses and services.

One thing is for sure. The kids made use of pool. Loved the house and the Cape Coral Community.

Iwona and Herbert run a great vacation get a way service. They really did take care of us.
