Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)

Our goal is to provide comforts of home in a peaceful relaxing atmosphere.

Located on a beautiful beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, this unit is part of the Chateau Condominium, a 15-unit two story building in a small residential town that is not part of a noisy tourist section of Florida, yet is only a short distance to restaurants and excitement. Sand Key and Clearwater Beach are just north of here. Belleair Beach has completed a beach re-nourishment program and the beach is one of the nicest in Pinellas county.

This unit is on the second floor, facing east, with another sun balcony for relaxing.

The Condo gets morning sun, so it is cheery and sunny all morning and a little cooler in the heat of the afternoon, when it is nice to come back to the shade, after spending time in the bright sun by the pool and the beach.

The unit consists of a one bedroom and a combination kitchen/living room. The rooms are approximately 12 by 12 feet. The bedroom offers white rattan furniture and a brand new Simmons Beautyrest Pillow top queen-size bed with 600 count sheets and choice of pillows. Our new fully tiled bathroom features a Shower Body Panel Spa. The bedroom window has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and a park. At night you can hear the sound of the waves, as you fall asleep. During the day you get extra light and a really nice breeze throughout the rooms. New for 2011 is a 40 inch flat screen LCD Samsung HD TV. The free Wi-Fi connection is through Roadrunner. Just bring your laptop and you are all set to work at the window and watch the dolphins go by.

The unit is ideally sized for a couple. It sleeps only 2. No Smoking. No Pets. Please hit the link below for comments from previous guests. About The Owner

Sally and Carol proud owners of a Jewel Box on the Gulf.

Our father bought our condo and it has been in the family since 1980. In Aug 1985 my sister and I inherited the condo the same month that Hurricane Elena pounded our shores for 3 days. What a way to start ownership. Things have only gotten better since the shaky start. A special event was getting married by the gulf on our pool deck.

It’s always special for us to come over to spend a weekend by the water and my guests feel the same way. We love the beautiful beach and the long walks we can take. Sunsets are breath taking. It’s a special place for unwinding relaxing and meeting new friends. Having the gulf, pool and Tiki huts in our back yard is what a vacation is all about.

Since 2004 we have been replacing everything (floors, doors, windows, kitchen, complete tiled bathroom with a spa shower & furniture) in the condo to the finished present day modern remodeled unit.

I live locally and I take care of the condo after every rental. I know the place will be spotless.

The condo is not my business it’s my hobby. I’m always looking for things to improve or add. I want my guest to feel like they are visiting a loved one’s home. I offer all the conveniences’ they would receive from them. Please look over my guest comments and I think I have accomplished my goals.

We had a wonderful time while staying in your condo. The condo had everything we could ever need. The feel of the ocean air and the view from the bedroom window was fantastic. The ocean was just a few steps away and made watching the sunset very enjoyable. Really looking forward to our next stay.

Of the many visits to Belleair Beach this has been the best by far. Your unit is charming & comfortable. You are charming and very accommodating. Thanks for letting us come in early even though you were not finished getting the place ready. The beach was wonderful as we waiting. It was great walking the beach with you. Through the years we have seen each other but never spent any time together. So glad I found your place while I visit my Dad at the nursing home. He loves to see the sunsets. Only nice people seem to stay here. We love to talk and visit.

Even birthday balloons

This is our second visit to this area and your lovely condo, again it was wonderful. We did a little exploring driving down to Lido Beach for a day. The weather was cooler than anticipated in fact 3rd or 4th coldest on record but we are hardy northerners from Upper Michigans and handled it in stride. Thanks so much for your attention to details, for the cleanliness of the condo and all the amenities, even the birthday balloon. I’m hopeful for another visit next year.

I’m on vacation and I’m not supposed to cook but if I do your kitchen is very well stocked no need to go out and buy any staples. We met great people here this week and enjoyed 5 o’clock hour. We loved looking at your scrape book of the condo. You did a wonderful job putting it together. Thanks for all the local attraction booklets and menus. You are our private concierge. There is so much to do around here even when the beach weather is not perfect. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we wish we didn’t have to leave. Can’t believe this is our 8th Feb at your condo. Our extended stay into March has us feeling that this is home. We have really unwound & so heading north fines us nicely refreshed We walked every day usually on the beach it sure is picturesque. This is a great place and your condo is so perfect. Cleanest condo-by- far!

Your condo really exceeded our expectaions. We didn't lack for anything.
We appreciate the well stocked kitchen, vast aray of DVD's and the flow of matching decor. BUT most of all, this is the cleanest condo-by-far we have ever stayed at in Fl. Hope to see you again when we visit our daughter and her family in Dunedin.
