The apartment is in the quiet Weidach in a multiple dwelling. City bike path and bus stop are located in close proximity, the motorway is just 500 meters away, cars can be parked free on the street. For bicycles there is a separate bicycle storage room, two bicycles can be provided on request.

The center of Bregenz and the lake is cozy 5-minute bicycle or a 20 minute walk. By car it is about 3 minutes.

In the House the apartment is located on the 3rd Floor - there is no elevator.

It is 80 square meters and has entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, bathroom / WC, living room with balcony and three bedrooms - see floor plan.

Bedroom 2 (11qm): 2 single beds 90cm, wardrobe, desk

Bedroom 3 (9 sqm): 160cm double sofa bed, wardrobe

Arrival: Arrival by train: from Bregenz station either by taxi 2.4 km to the apartment or the city bus No. 4 from the station forecourt in 11 minutes to the station road, from there it is about 150 meters walk to the apartment. Arriving by car: Coming just before the Pfändertunnel Lindau immediately after Pfändertunnel / Dornbirn Coming - exit Bregenz Weidach take, then at the roundabout take the second exit and immediately turn left into the Weidachstraße, from there it is only 300 m to the apartment. Cars can park free on the street outside the house.

Conditions: from 50 € per night plus cleaning 50 €, depending on the number of people, length of stay, season. Two bicycles can be provided on request.

Diese Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten noch ein paar Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die überaus saubere und gepflegte Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man täglich so braucht. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, fühlt man sich in der Wohnung sofort wohl und willkommen. Unser Eindruck ist, dass sich die Vermieterin sehr darum bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder auswählen.

Diese tolle Ferienwohnung hat ganz entscheidend zu unserem gelungenen Aufenthalt in Bregenz beigetragen. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Der Standort ist ideal, um sportlich und kulturell den Bodensee zu erkunden, dabei kam die ganze Familie auf ihre Kosten. Die Wohnung selbst ist super ausgestattet (sogar mit Geschirrspüler), funktionell und tipptopp sauber - unsere Erwartungen wurden hier weit übertroffen, das ist leider nicht in jeder Ferienwohnung der Fall.
Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage am Bodensee an die freundliche Vermieterin - wir haben unsere Wiederkehr ja schon angekündigt!

die wohnung ist super, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. ich würde hier sofort wieder unterkommen und kann die wohnung sehr empfehlen!
