This is a one bedroom unit with a queen-size bed and a combination living room/kitchen. The Sun Kiss apartment is the smaller of our three units but it’s large on value!

My wife and I were looking for a small, quiet place to stay while visiting family in Bradenton. We wanted to be close to the beach and still have some solitude. We found the Sun Kiss to be that perfect mix. The unit is just the right size for a couple and is just a block from the beach. The unit was just like the pictures on the website, it was immaculately clean and neat and very welcoming. It felt just like home. We especially enjoyed the mornings on the back porch and although we didn't take advantage of the grill and shared common area in the back yard, it was also very welcoming and immaculately maintained. The privacy fence screens the yard from the street but from the porch you can see the beach over the top. The beach, restaurants and shops are within easy walking or biking distance and for longer trips, traffic was light.
Joe and Petra were excellent hosts and pride of ownership is evident in the workmanship Joe puts into the property. Not a luxury rental, the apartment was cute as a button and everything that we expected. It epitomizes the laid back Florida lifestyle. We will definitely stay there again should our travels and schedule allow.

We vacationed at Anna Maria Island last year and enjoyed our trip so much, so we came back this year. We will definitely return for more family time and fun in the sun.

Super Wohnung in Top Lage

Wir waren das erste mal in dieser Fewo und haben es sehr genossen! Die Lage ist Top (1 min bis zum Sandstrand, 1 min bis zum Siupermarkt und 1 min bis zur Beachbar). Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Einziger Mangel: Die Zeit verging zu schnell ;)
Fazit: Wir sind absolut begeistert und werden definitiv wieder kommen!

The casual, kick back attitude of the island is very appealing. If you love to eat out, the Island cannot be beat! Small, friendly and affordable restaurants are plentiful. The food is delicious with a wide variety of menu choices and prices for all ages. Beach weddings are very popular also on Anna Maria Island. Everything for the family too: fishing, boat, kayak, bike and Paddle board rentals, parasailing and shopping, are all within walking distance, or a short drive away. Or ride the FREE TROLLEY all around the Island. And, did we mention the beautiful Gulf beach and wonderful sunsets?
The condo exceeded our expectations. The condo is really quiet, clean, comfortable, and large. It really is just right across the street from the beach. The beach was wonderful, too! We loved how private it was, and that it was never crowded. The photos of the condo match what it looks like, and there were no surprises at all. The rental agents are a very nice and helpful couple. They were always quick to answer my questions, and they made our stay fantastic. I would definitely recommend this unit to other friends and family. There are a lot of fun things to do near BBC. I'm not so sure that you even need a car with how close everything is by walking or being able to take the free trolley
