Björklöven Villa is a vacation home for the discerning guest. Built in 2011 to the highest standards, it meets (almost) any request: underfloor heating and 3 triple glazing allowed the interior to the roof. You will feel comfortable in the airy and bright rooms right away. Living area and kitchen are built and equipped on three sides with floor to ceiling windows. The lake view is phenomenal. Two baths and sauna are also standard such as washing machine, dishwasher, shoe dryer, TV surround sound system, etc. But the most beautiful is the 120th 000 sqm plot, which is also located in the conservation area and extends to the sea. This huge area is shared with only two other cottages, as well as the slightly higher Villa Hultängen. Friends, families can also be two Houses to rent together. Due to the lakeside location the property is particularly mückenarm - a great advantage.
The surroundings: Villa Björklöven you reach via a private driveway (approx. 150 m). The plot is characterized by various species of trees and only opens to the lake. Now you look directly at the wonderful Rottnan and directly opposite the Natural Reserve Gettjärnsklättan to which you can paddle a canoe over to wander romantic forest paths up and enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the lakes. But our land is erkundenswert: meadows, birch groves and woods alternate with each other, two small streams are interesting not only for children. The private lake with its 400 m length is not often in Sweden. From here you can overlook the many small coves of Rottnan who already has some character fjord. The environment is built on little and gently undulating. Bicycle tours are recommended - the views of the lake are always beautiful. The nearest town is 7 km away Gräsmark: here you will find everything for shopping.
The wider surroundings: After two or three days of acclimatization you certainly feel the desire for a longer trip: The Sunne is located at 20km away Frykensee and offers itself to the broader 'shopping' on. There is also a Water Park with many slides for children, mini golf, bowling, etc. Even before Sunne, also on Frykensee, is a watchable golf course and the Rottneros Park, which incidentally worthwhile with its manor house and the magnificent gardens for children is because here they can enjoy the adventure playground rid of excess energy, while the parents relax in the 'Rottneros cafe'. A tip for gourmets is the secluded 'Värdshus' on Tvällensee. (About Gräsmark towards Norwegian border). Before you pass the highly recommended Kymmensee.
What's on Special: If we may give you a hint of our own: Our 'boys' are both avid and experienced pilot. They would invite you to a flight with the glider or motor glider like once. To look at the lakes and forests of Värmland above is certainly a treat and can probably be agreed on the price. Did you know that's bekannnt Värmland province as an artist? The Royal Leinenweberei well worth a visit to Klässbol in Arvika, for example, if you want to purchase a tablecloth 'forever'. By the way: The king is almost our neighbor, his house is at Rottnansee! The largest Art Fair in Sweden takes place annually in July in Brunskog to Arvika place: here the traditional crafts in and around historic buildings is presented directly and fiddle Swedish folk groups and dance to the bet. Björklöven villa offers itself not only for the summer: The nearest ski resort is located only 10 km away.
