Enjoy a dream vacation in one of our newly renovated, modern apartments on the beach in Cape Coral! Our apartments are individually designed and located in a clearly complex, which offers complete privacy. Each apartment has its own very private terrace and a private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with heated spa and built-in solar courses is screened and keeps annoying insects and animals. A large barbeque grill invites to evenings ... The bike you are just minutes from Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the Florida sun, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and snacks are available at the nearby pier, which invites you to stroll also. From there, we offer individually guided boat tours ... On New Year's Eve you will get the night with champagne!

From the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area or you get comfortable, enjoy breakfast at the kitchen counter easily. A comfortable sofa that can transform itself quickly into a comfortable, spacious double bed invites you to relax. Here you can relax and enjoy a book or watch the latest news on TV. The bedroom is generous - in a spacious closet, you have plenty of space, brought clothes and has just acquired treasures stowed. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest ... The bedroom includes a large enough bathroom, with bath on. Of course, you have to bring towels or linens still. In addition to bath towels Strandtüchen also available. Habe das 1.Mal nicht über einen Veranstalter gebucht und war angenehm überrascht das Alles wirklich ganz Super geklappt hat. Angaben im Internet stimmen zu 100% mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort überein.
Das Appartment war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort, durch Steffi, war klasse. Sie ist eine ganz liebe nette Person und hilft bei allen Fragen.
Ich würde diese Anlage zu 100% weiterempfehlen und ich war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Sehr schöne, helle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnungen. Wir haben uns in der kleinen Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles machte einen gepflegten und gut betreuten Eindruck. Den Gästen stehen insgesamt 4 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, so dass man morgens schnell mal Bötchen holen kann. Wäsche waschen und trocknen ist eine kostenlose Angelegenheit, die besonders von den Familien mit kleineren Kindern geschätzt wurde. Die nur vier Wohnungen im Beach Resort können fast eine familiäre Atmosphäre entstehen lassen, wenn man möchte. Gemeinsame Grillabende, aber auch ruhige Zweisamkeit auf der eigenen Terrasse waren möglich. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt. Unser Sohn (14J.) fand den Pool und Whirlpool mit wechselnder Beleuchtung in den Abendstunden, ein Highlight. Mit dem
Auto kann man die Umgebung erkunden, allerdings sind einige Brücken in der Umgebung nicht gebührenfrei. Die Brückengebühr nach Sanibel beträgt 6 Dollar, welche aber gut investiert sind. Wir haben vom Strand aus Delphine gesehen, die relativ dich zu den Booten, aber auch Schwimmern gekommen sind. "Delphinschwimmen" für 6 Dollar, ein absolut tolles Erlebnis.
Wir können diese kleinen Anlage mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Astrid

Wie die zweiten Flitterwochen!!!

Ein super eingerichtetes Apartment in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Beach Resort. Das Highlight ist der zentrale, beheizte Pool mit einem bis spät abends beheizten Whirlpool. Der richtige Ort für romantische Zweisamkeit! Im Beach Resort ist alles für einen rundum sorglos Urlaub vorhanden, vom Barbecue Grill über Waschmaschine / Trocker bis hin zum großen Doppelbett! Auch die Lage des Beach Resorts ist Ideal, kurze Wege zum herrlichen Sandstrand von Cape Coral Beach, zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nach Fort Myers.
