Large pool area, 3 bedrooms, large living room, tastefully decorated

Our villa is located in south western paradise and thus most recent part of Cape Coral. A myriad of canals run through this area and make it so attractive to the Cape region. In walking distance to Cape Harbour with restaurants, bars and shops, yacht club or Camelot Isles with a large Publix supermarket and many shops and restaurants. Nearby there is also the Tarpoon Point Marina in 2009, a completed marina with a hotel, restaurant and bar business. Villa El Dorado is a central place to relax and have fun in the midst of an excellent infrastructure. Between 10 and 25 minutes you can reach easily the beaches on the Gulf as well as shopping malls in Ft. Myers and south of it. The beaches in Captiva and Sanibel are also within easy reach of Cape Harbour by boat.

Fantastic home to experience Cape Coral!!!

This house is really great for a self-catering vacation. The caretakers Mike and the team were fantastic. The house was very clean and neat and all appliances worked very well. The pool was maintained religiously every Tuesday and the lawns were well always well manicured. I will recommend this outstanding home to anyone wishing to vacation in Cape Coral. Did I say the South West location is really the best part of Cape Coral? Hey, real neat!!

Für uns das perfekte Haus. Es ist technisch sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.
Die Betten sind super bequem. Die Einrichtung, wie abgebildet. Einfach wunderschön.
Bis zum nächsten Badestrand fährt man etwa eine halbe Stunde.
Wir haben uns sehr betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt.
Herzlichen Dank an Herrn M.B. für den freundlichen Empfang, die Getränke, Chips
und die gute Betreuung vor Ort.

Das perfekte Haus für den Familienurlaub an Pool und Meer inklusive eines sehr netten Kontaktes vor Ort.

An wirklich alles wurde gedacht (sogar ein neues Babybett für unseren Nachwuchs wurde kurzfristig organisiert), die Ausstattung ist komplett und top gepflegt.

Wen die Fahrzeit von ca. 30 Minuten zu den Stränden auf Sanibel Island bzw. Ft Myers Beach nicht stört, der kann hier einen tollen Urlaub verbringen.

Haus mit viel Platz

Wir haben 16 Tage in dem Haus gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. Es bietet viel Platz und einen großen Pool. Die Einrichtung ist komplett.

Bis zum Strand muss man ca. 15 min fahren. Allerdings findet man dann auf Sanibel Island traumhafte Strände. (Delphine inklusive)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
