The apartment house is on the outskirts of Riva - Located towards Arco. The house is on a dead end - totally quiet, surrounded by fields and a few houses. The building was completely renovated and refurbished and is presented almost in new condition. The running around the house and garden is shared is appropriate planted with grass and shrubs. In front of the house there are sufficient car parking spaces, secured by an automatic gate system and a ring extending around the property high fence.

Bicycles and bikes can be provided on request in the basement of the building.

The distance to the historic center of Riva is about 5 minutes by car - about the same time to also get to Arco. The distance to the lake is about 3-4 kilometers.

The apartment is on the 2nd Floor of a private apartment building and is completely renovated and furnished.

The quality of the equipment is lifted - quality wooden floors, real wood furniture, leather couch, etc.

Up to 8 people can stay in the apartment (maybe even one more person) there are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and one 2 Einelbetten, a double sofa bed in the spacious living room, another sofa bed in the living room. A large balcony and communal garden offer guests spacious open areas.

There is a Gill can also be used with. Bicycles and water sports equipment can be parked in the basement. The large enclosed courtyard offers ample space for your vehicles.

Große Wohnung mit Hund

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und waren angenehm überrascht. Für 4 Personen ist mehr als genügend Platz, die Wohnung war sauber, die Einrichtung etwas älter, aber in gutem Zustand.
Das Auto kann man vor dem Haus parken und wird dann gleich vom hauseigenen "Wachhund" mitbewacht. Der Hund ist ganz lieb und zutraulich.
Das Haus liegt zwischen Riva und Arco und somit recht zentral. Ein Eurospar ist gleich um die Ecke, so dass man jeden Tag frisches Frühstück kaufen kann.
Die Schlüsselübergaben waren auch völlig problemlos und unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr freundlich.

Wir habe mit 6 Pers. 12 Tage im Haus Maurizio gewohnt. Das Haus ist in einem Top zustand und die Zimmer groß und sauber.Es ist hilfreich sich ein paar Basis Küchengegenstände (z.B. scharfes Küchenmesser, Trockentücher, Kaffeemaschine, Eierbecher) mitzubringen.
Wir wurden vor Ort sehr freundlich in deutscher Sprache empfangen. Der Haus und Hofhund hat alles gut bewacht.
Die Entfernung zum See ist akzeptabel. Die Busverbindungen sind leider schlecht. Dafür ist ein Eurospar Supermarkt in 3min. Fußweg zu erreichen.
Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungsverhälniss. Insgesamt ist das Haus zu empfehlen! Viel Spaß
