This was my first trip ever to Hilton Head. The villa was in the perfect spot and exceeded our expectations. The villa is in a great area for biking. The biking paths at Hilton Head are so awesome, you can bike the entire island and you can ride on the beach too. We biked to Harbour Town, about a mile away, to view the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a fantastic view and there is a webcam that your friends are able to see you back home, don't miss it! We also biked to South Beach, about 3 miles, and had lunch at Salty Dog's, a must, excellent!.There are tons of shops there as well. We biked the forest preserve, which was beautiful.

We called and booked bikes before we left, so our bikes were waiting at the villa, ready to go. There are tons of places to rent bikes nearby, very reasonable.

The king size bed was amazingly comfortable. Felt I was at home with all of the amenities,even detergent for the washing machine, and beach chairs to take to the beach, which again you can drive or bike to. Villa was clean, and had a great outdoor patio. Very roomy inside. Owner emailed me back promptly with any questions I had.

Favorite thing we did was kayaking on Broad Creek. Dolphins played all around us at sunset, beautiful! Great seafood places nearby.. our favorite was Skull Creek Boat House, and RoastFish and Cornbread. Truffles Cafe, within walking distance to the villa is excellent too.

Next time we plan to visit the nearby islands, which there are plenty of to explore. I didn't even mention the golf, this is why most people come, so many top notch courses to choose from.

We also visited Savannah, which is only an hour away. We will definitely return to the villa again, and discover more of the island. Our time was brief, only 4 days, next time, I will book a week!
