Property is just as the photo's show. Spottlessly clean and with excellent views.
There was plenty space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Owners had paid particular attention to equip the kitchen with everything needed and in addition to that left good information to help visitors with the appartment and surrounding location.
Property was in easy walking distance to good restaurants and beaches.
The management team in Croatia were perfectly on time when we arrived and left.
Highly recommended.

This apartment in Seget Donji, near Trogir, Croatia was a real find. The apartment is on the top floor of a small block of units. The first thing to strike you is the amazing view from the balcony over the Croatian coastline, where a glass of wine in the evening was a lovely experience. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished, and lacked for nothing. Our three children loved the apartment as much as we did.

The world heritage listed town of Trogir was readily accessible by road and by a small ferry across the road from the apartment. There were many attractions nearby, including the city of Split.

The manager of the property greeted us at the start of the stay and was readily available for any issues that arose.

We loved our stay at this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it highly.

Forget the car and stroll or use the (sometimes scary) water taxis.

Lovely, well maintained apartment, lots of room and facilities - a real home from home.

Trogir is lovely (although its not quite as easy a walk as you might think) you do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, but thats not a huge problem.

We had a wonderful holiday in Croatia and apartment Croeso totally lived up to our expectations. The apartment was immaculate and extremely well equipped. The welcome pack was a delightful extra touch that made our late arrival all the more comfortable. Yes, there were a lot of stairs to the apartment but you were rewarded with amazing views from the balcony. Our 4 year old son thoroughly enjoyed the facilities at the Medena hotel complex just along the beach and the water taxi to Trogir was a delight. Overall we would thoroughly recommend a stay at apartment Croeso.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in this apartment and got to say that both the apartment and location surpassed our high expectations. Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the sea is just amazing and very relaxing. The apartment is a great size and very modern with all the amenities you can think of.

Trogir is a 30min walk down the road (although easy parking as well if want to drive), but you need a good walk back after eating all the Italian ice cream in the stunning town. The stairs up the apartment are a little daunting at first but you soon get used to them and the views make it well worth it.

Overall, this apartment is a great place to stay and close to many stunning places to visit (Krka NP, Trogir, Split etc...). Keith and Slava also do everything to ensure getting to the apartment and your stay is as smooth as possible... which was much appreciated as we travelled with a baby. Croatia is certainly family friendly and we will certainly be back.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION ENOUGH !!

It's not often I can say that my experience matched the photos, but in this case it was certainly true ! If anything I'd have to say the photos from the balcony don't really do the view justice.

We (4 adults) had a fabulous time in Croatia and the apartment was a big part of that, as we like to have a base from which to travel to various attractions should the humor suit us. We spent most of the time in Seget Donji (apartment location) or Trogir regularly taking the - what felt like - relaxing 10 minute ferry between the two. The ferry is about 5-10 mins walk from the apartment which is ideal. Despite having a rental car, we only made two outings in the 10 days we were there; one to Krka national park (definitely worth a visit !) and one to Split. Personally I had more affiliation with the atmosphere in Trogir.

The owners (I guess I'm allowed to mention names - but they almost feel like family) really did everything to make our stay as pleasurable as possible from providing detailed directions to information on everything you could possibly want to know; providing a welcome pack (big thanks especially as we arrived quite late !) right down to providing an 'emergency' mobile to contact the local agent (which thankfully we didn't have to use).

All in all - I've never felt so at ease.

On the whole 'number of steps' topic, and we counted 73 to the front door as far as I remember, I don't think it's completely fair to flag this as a negative point for this apartment as Croatia is in general full of hills and steps - but certainly beautiful scenery.

Fantastic Holiday apartment! Directions to the apartment were excellent and communication between the owners and ourselves was first rate. We were struck by the cleanliness and organisation of the apartment - lots of extra little touches that made the holiday relaxing, especially the welcoming wine and homemade bread! The views from the balcony were stunning and you could see for miles and miles. Beautiful!

I visited this apartment in August 2009 with my husband and two children aged 9 and 11. We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and spacious with stylish decor throughout. We welcomed the air conditioning as it was a very hot week. The immediate area was pretty and quiet. The apartment was very close to a beach and the views from the balcony were spectacular!! Be prepared for a climb (73 steps) but it really is worth it. We hired and car and really benefitted from it as it made access to the nearby towns Trogir and Split very easy, they are both beautiful and definately worth visiting. Although water taxis run frequently so a car isnt entirely necessary. We also went a bit further afield to Zlatni Rat in Bol on the island of Brac (bit more commercial but fabulous beach with very clear sea) and Krka waterfalls (these were stunning although quite an expensive day out and was quite busy there).
The booking process was simple and friendly and the welcome at the apartment was lovely (fresh bread, wine and fruit on arrival). I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to a friend.
