Breizas House is a fully modernised villa in tranquil protected park land 'El Pinar', which is a 10 minute drive to the sea and coastal village of Alcossebre. The villa has a large terrace with built in barbecue, and is suitable for dining out. The terrace extends the whole length of the villa, with views over the sea and countryside. The air conditioning is not a necessity as the breezes maintain a comfortable temperature.

Nearest airport is Valencia (1 ½ hours drive). Low Cost airline, Easyjet fliy to Valencia. Reus airport (1 hour drive), Ryanair flies daily into Reus. Thomsonfly, First Choice, Flythomascook, Flybe, fly to Reus between May and October. Barcelona airport (2 ½ hours drive), low-cost airlines (Easyjet, Bmibaby, Monarch Etc) fly to Barcelona throughout the year from several regions of the UK. Trains to Valencia and Barcelona go from Vinaros and Benicarlo. The trip to Barcelona takes around two hours (by car or train), to Valencia it is about one and a half hour

The living room and master bedroom lead onto the terrace. The kitchen leads off the hallway and has a large open arch to the living / dining room.
