I love to travel and I love meeting people from around the world. Having guests is a wonderful way to have the world come to you.
My main home is in Florida, but I come to NYC as often as possible. It is rewarding to share my knowledge of insider places with my guests. I wrote a book for my guests, 'How to Live Like a Real New Yorker in our Neighborhood'. It gives suggestions about where to eat in all price ranges, museums, attractions, grocery shopping, luxury shopping, discount shopping, how to take the bus and subway, how to find your way around the city and lots more.
I also write a blog about NYC with posts about restaurants, attractions, How to get Theater tickets, and other Tips for Travelers. Just 'like' me on facebook to read it: facebook.com/VacationRentalsInNYC or if you are not on facebook, please e-mail me for the link. You don't have to stay here to read it.
I hope that I can inspire you to love NYC as as much as I do.
It is in the center of Manhattan near to just about everything. I wanted to open the door and have NYC at my feet. My husband wanted trees so we chose this pretty tree lined street where we can walk to restaurants, shopping, theater and more.
The central location lets you choose to walk to most places, take the bus on the corner, the subway and 2 & 1/2 blocks, a taxi or car service. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled with high end finishes. And it is rare to have such a large private garden in Center City Manhattan.
