We were 3 mature girlfriends on holiday in Paris. The apartment was perfect! It had everything we needed. The flat is located near a metro stop. It is 2 stops from the Eiffel Tower metro stop. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. Our host, Emma, could not have been more helpful. My glasses broke on the plane and I asked where I could get them fixed. She walked us to a place that fixed them. She then showed us where the market was and the metro. At the end of our visit, she ordered a taxi (by phone) to take us to the airport as none of us spoke French well enough. I have already recommended this flat to another friend who may come to Paris in the spring. The apartment was delightful and Emma was the best! Cindy, Carole and Ann

I cannot say enough about this apartment. We were so happy with everything. The apartment was very well-equipped, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed - plenty of linens, kitchen items, Internet access and even a hairdryer! The apartment is in a very convenient location -- you can walk to the Eiffel Tower! There is also a Metro line at the end of the street. Emma was wonderful and made everything so easy! She gave us great directions to the proper Metro line to get out to Versailles. We have already recommended the apartment to all of our friends and family and will definitely stay there on our next trip to Paris!! Brandye F.

We slept 4 adults and 3 children in this spacious apartment and found it quite comfortable and homey. Emma provided mattresses for the children, as well as a portable baby crib and high chair. She e-mailed with us several times prior to our arrival to answer questions and was very helpful throughout our week at the apartment. Also, she was very flexible with meeting us at our convenience to exchange keys, deposits, etc.

The apartment itself is very clean and well-appointed with plenty of bed linens, towels, dishes, and kitchen supplies. We prepared most of our meals at the apartment and found several small markets and two larger ones within walking distance. When we chose to eat out, we found reasonably priced restaurants and bakeries also within walking distance.

The apartment is in a quiet, yet convenient location. It is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and very close to two metro lines (6 and 10) and a bus stop (80). We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go quickly and efficiently. There is also a park right down the street where the children enjoyed playing very much. We would stay at this apartment again without any hesitation and highly recommend this rental. Thank you, Emma, for a wonderful stay!

Found this apartment for a last minute trip to Paris. Emma was great. Gave great directions for the metro, met us at the apartment, recommended restaurants and gave us a helpful map. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Only time we used the metro was when it rained. Big enough for our family of 5. Well equiped kitchen. Would stay again. Thank you Emma

This lovely appartment offers more than we expected. Very well eqcuipped, very clean and also quite and on a great location. We thank Mrs Emma for her great hospitality, We recommend it without any doubt, and we would definetly choose it again for our next visit to Paris.

This appartment was a very pleasant surprise. Typical Parisian style, very clean, comfortable, spacy and well equipped. It is decorated with taste. The furniture, the beds and the linen are of very good quality. I'd like to add that unlike many French apartments this one is very warm in winter (with possibility to regulae the temperature of the heating). Very centrally located, close to 3 different Metro lines and Bus stops. But most of the nice city areas can be reached by foot. I definitely recomment it to anyone who want to spend a nice stay in Paris. And also I'd like to mention the very warm welcome of Mrs Peterschmitt, who was lovely with us. Thank you.
