Building entry is nice, with a concierge.
Flat is located at first floor, with wide windows in all rooms. Calm and comfortable, the apartment is located at a few hundreds of meter of prestigious 'Avenue des Champs Elysées' and 'Arc de Triomphe' of 'Place de l'Etoile', and luxurious shopping district 'les Ternes'. Newly refurbished with noble materials (wood floor, customized furnitures in sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom, leather sofa, wide TV plasma screen, Gaggenau kitchen equipment, wifi internet...), this comfortable has been carefully decorated, to allow the visitors to fully enjoy quality and calm of this luxury neighbourhood.

A Gem in Paris

I hope this review serves anyone interested in visiting Paris and staying at this apartment. First, the owners are very professional, very responsive, very kind and actually took the time to walk us around the neighborhood to show us the food market, bakeries, etc. There is a wonderful live food street market that will have everything your heart desires (fresh seafood, meats, pates, fruits, cheeses, flowers, wines, coffee). The building itself is clean and well maintained with a building manager onsite in entrance lobby. There is no lift elevator to the apartment. But it is only a flight of stairs. If you stop reading here because that is important you will be missing out on a great apartment. The apartment itself is as the pictures show, and even better when you see it in person. Everything is new and the kitchen is excellent, which I used in making breakfast for us from my return from my early market walk. The bathroom shower pressure is very good and has as much hot water as you like. We were a family of four and also having the ability to wash and dry your clothes was an added benefit. The separate bedroom is quite large for Paris standards. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of closet space. There is a desk for your laptop with the ability to connect wifi or thru ethernet. I had a problem with this and the owner was quick to respond and actually came to the apartment and tested the system and my computer was working fine throughout my stay. I can attest to the sofabeds comfort because I slept in it throughout my stay ceding the main bed to my mother and daughter. Finally, I would like to say thank you to Gilles and Linda for sharing this gem and we hope to come back to Paris soon to enjoy this home away from home. Merci beaucoup!

Great Apartment, Great Neighborhood, Great Host

The apartment: This property is everything that is advertised and more. It is a lovely place with all necessary amenities. We stayed for 3-weeks and found nothing wanting. It has all the comforts of your own home. In addition, it is lovely, decorated creatively and very comfortable. We come to Paris twice a year and will surely be returning if it is available.
The neighborhood: The location is perfect. It is an easy walk to multiple Metro lines and two RER lines. Access to the rest of Paris is quite easy. There are two wonderful markets close by, one indoor and one outdoor. Three supermarkets are also within easy walking distance. Bistro, brasserie, upscale restaurants are all there. And of course, several patisserie.
Our host: Accommodating and friendly. It felt like his only concern was our needs. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Nothing was too small or too big for his personal attention.

Es un apartamento perfecto, es lo que buscábamos, muy acogedor, limpio y con prestaciones de lujo. El contacto estuvo a nuestra disposición para cualquier duda. Se encuentra realmente en pleno centro y a dos minutos de camino de los Campos Elíseos, muy cerca de la estación de tren (RER) directo para Disney. Así que, todo en general, muy, muy bien. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas, fue una estancia inolvidable. Sólo esperamos poder repetir pronto

This apartment is a very good for a short stay in Paris. Is very well located, clean, well maintained and has everything one can need to have a confortable accomodation. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
We stay (a family of 4) for a week in August and had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend it and would definitively use it again if we go to Paris.
The owner is very professional, responds quiclky to communication and was very helpful to even arrange transportation for us in our way to the airport when leaving.

Excellente location, appartement calme, situé dans une cour intérieure, de bonne dimension, rénové et toutes commodités incluses. Appartement très propre, bien tenu, propriétaire accueillant, qui nous a fait visiter le quartier dès notre arrivée. Tout est accessible à pied: métro, épicerie, marché, fleuriste...L'Arc de Triomphe est situé à quelques minutes de marche. Bons restaurants à proximité et possibilité de prendre quelques repas à l'appartement. Nous recommandons cet appartement aux touristes qui recherchent un endroit qui offre le confort, la tranquillité, tout en étant central. Excellent choix!

Un superbe appartement au coeur de Paris

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement très calme, entièrement refait, avec des matériaux de qualité, dans un bel immeuble. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la place de l’Etoile, dans un quartier vivant, à côté d'un marché de qualité. Je tiens aussi à noter la gentillesse de l'accueil.
