The large pool and spa have new flagstone, there are two excellent tennis courts. The complex is gated with night security (Not that you need it). Parking is at level grade under spreading shade trees. The front desk charges a flat fee for parking of $75.

The best thing about the KR is that it is a quiet oasis. There are no tourist crowds, no fighting for a poolside recliner. The landscaping is exquisite; everything is well maintained. I love that the beach is close by, but that there is complete privacy at the KR
