Our family spent last summer a great and unforgettable holliday in this superbly located apartment. The nicely furnished apartment, with a big kitchen and laundry room, is very well equipped - we lacked for nothing. The large swimming pool with clean, refreshing water and with an unbelivable and amazing view over Nice is just a dream! The surroundings of the apartment is excellent and quiet. Also the owners of the place are very nice and helpful. Up the hill, there is a small bakery, where you can buy already early in the morning delicious, freshly baked baguettes and croissants.

My parents and my family of 4 enjoyed the vacation week in Nice very much. The house and surroundings are great - nice spacious house, well kept, large and very nice pool area, great view from pool area.
We just might come back and we have high requirements.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à la Villa Loucisa à Nice. L'appartement est très spacieux et, grandes chambres modernes et confortables furnitured. La cuisine est bien équipée. Myself and 6 friends had a fantastic stay here in March. Before our arrival Eric provided me with a link to a taxi company who collected us from the arrival gates at a very reasonable price. We were welcomed with open arms, Eric even dropped us and collected us from the supermarket on the first day so we could get basic food provisions. There was great living space, plenty of mirrors and plugs for 7 women to beautify themselves in! We even spent an evening sitting by the pool overlooking nice, drinking wine and relaxing. It was so beautiful there was no need to leave. Eric recommends renting a car, we didn't and used taxi's and it worked out fine! I'd highly recommend this for groups of a similar size, and it would be perfect for families! All of us would return in a heartbeat given half the chance. Absolutely amazing villa, and Eric was always at hand. Definitely would recommend looks just as good as the pictures if not better, if you want a nice place to relax with a pool with friends couldnt think of a better place for it.
