Our villa is a great place to relax & is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Bodrum Peninsula by car or bus. Plus within a few minutes walk from our house is a large Migros supermarket, ATM, snack bar/ cafe, dolmus (bus) stop & taxi rank. There is a beach and play park within a 15 minutes walk or hop on the dolmus for a couple of minutes to Victoria's Beach Club if you don't want to walk.
Our modern villa enjoys lovely pool & sea views and is a real home-from-home with Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, PS2, FREE WI-FI, oven/hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ & cold drinking water dispenser. There are 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the lounge + travel cot available. It has air-con throughout, as well as ceiling & electric fans make the villa comfortable & cool during the summer.
With 2 swimming pools for the use of only 14 houses, gardens, shady patio, balcony for dining out & an enviable roof terrace (a fab suntrap!), it is a great spot to unwind & chill out. Our villa is located close to the pretty fishing village of Gumusluk & the resorts of Yalikavak & Turgetreis.

Low cost flights now available from UK with Easyjet and Jet2.com. Other airlines flying to Bodrum include Turkish Airlines, Thomas Cook, Monarch, MyTravel, Thomson, Airflights, Cheap flights, Charter flights, A1 travel. Bodrum Milas airport is just under 60 mins drive to the villa.
A grocery welcome pack can be provided for your arrival. Please enquireabout the price of this when booking if you would like to add this on. This is particularly useful if arriving on a night flight.
We work closely with a local car hire company who are reliable and have good rental rates. Airport transfer can be arranged if you do not want to hire a car. Please ask for details.
Before your holiday, you will receive a travel pack with information including directions from the airport, collection of villa keys etc. A guest manual is provided at the house with ideas of where to go out, where to shop, where to eat, local maps & excursions.
Local transport & grocery shopping: To get the most out of your holiday, we do recommend car hire but if you decide not to hire a car, the local dolmus service runs past the villa and taxis are plentiful in the towns & villages. You can get to Gumusluk very easily on the dolmus bus then change here to continue onto Turgetreis & Bodrum. In the other direction from our house, you can travel into Yalikavak (with usually 1 change of dolums on the way at Gumuskaya). From Yalikavak, you can catch a dolmus to visit other towns on the Peninsula. Next to the dolmus stop near our villa is also a small taxi rank.
There is a Migros supermarket opened within walking distance from our house. You can purchase all the groceries here that you will need for your stay. There is a large fruit and vegetable section, chilled and frozen foods, fresh bread, dried products such as cereals, tins & packets. You can also buy alcoholic/ non-alcoholic drinks as well as all toiletries, cleaning products and outdoor inflatables for the pool.
There is a bakery, a local shop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance from our house.
Things to do and places to visit: There is so much to do in this area! History lovers should take a visit to St Peter’s Castle, Bodrum to view the underwater archaeology museum or arrange a trip to Ephesus, the largest & best preserved ancient city in Turkey.
A visit to Pammukale means that you can combine the hot thermal springs of this white, calcium terraced mountain with the adjacent ancient site of Hierpolis.
Another day out is a visit the mud baths & stunning beaches at Dalyan combined with seeing the Lycian rock tombs & the remains of Caunos, dating back to 400 century B.C. Daily boat trips to Kos, Greece means that you can visit 2 countries during 1 holiday.
Closer to home, make time to experience the different towns and villages on the Peninsula. Turgetreis is the 2nd largest town & has a huge market each Saturday.
Chill-out on the beach in the laid back bays of Bitez or Ortakent or visit Golturkbuku – known as the St Tropez of the Bodrum Peninsula.
For family fun visit the water park or bowling in Bodrum.
