Nice apartment in one of the prettiest 'hôtel particulier' (grand mansion) in Uzès (16th-17th century) with complete equipment allowing you to spend a pleasant stay. Large terrace, overlooking the garden. 2 living rooms, 1 large dining room with an extending table, seats 10 persons, 1 equipped kitchen. All those rooms have large French doors leading to the terrace. 2 bedrooms with twin beds. This private mansion is located in the heart of the historic district of Uzès, few steps away from the famous Place aux Herbes and all the hustle and bustle, the restaurants and cafés. The apartment is rented for complete weeks: not per night. It is available from April to October as well as during the Christmas and Easter holidays. Trifecta - Fab flat, fab location, fab town!

A fantastic apartment very centrally located just a few paces from Place Aux Herbes. Mme Sautter did everything she could to ensure our fortnight was a wonderful holiday - not that she had to do very much as the apartment is so very well appointed and equipped. Very clean, with bags of space and certainly safe enough for our adventurous 4 year old and 18 month old boys to play without onerous levels of supervision; the outside space - a fantastic terrace with plenty pf chairs and tables - is a wonderful spot for eating or relaxing and catching the southern french sun. It's also an excellent space for playing cars, dinosaurs or trying to catch lizards!
Uzes never fails to charm, never pales and never tires. The markets are renowned for a reason, the charm and aged stone buildings seduce and the civility and bonhommie of the Uzetiennes is always welcoming, just like Mme Sautter and her wonderful apartment. We can be unhesitating in our recommendation of this property and confident that you'll enjoy your stay just as much as we.

A very pleasant stay in lively downtown Uzès!

My wife and I passed a very agreeable two weeks here in late May, early June. Situated just a few meters away from the place aux Herbes, the apartment is an ideal base to explore Uzès and to enjoy all the town has to offer: the weekly markets in place aux Herbes, the lively atmosphere on boulevard Gambetta, the town’s many cafés, restaurants and tourist attractions are all literally on your doorstep. And if you wish to travel further afield, Uzès is ideally situated for trips to Nîmes, Avignon, Montpellier. The surrounding countryside is charming. There is even a nine-hole golf course just twenty minutes away from the centre of Uzès. The apartment itself is very charming. Located in an impressive 16th 17th century townhouse with a splendif facade, it has been tastefully renovated. On the practical side, it is well-appointed with all the necessary amenities: a spacious terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting rooms, modern bathroom, two large bedrooms, a separate toilet, international television, internet access. Shopping facilities of every kind on your doorstep. And for the unlikely eventuality that you should you have any problems, the ‘propriétaire’ is a very charming and helpful lady. She speaks excellent English, and is always pleased to help. I can certainly recommend this charming and comfortable apartment to anyone wishing to explore Uzès and its surrounding region and enjoy everything this wonderful little town has to offer.

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans l’ancien hôtel particulier Verdier-Allut, dit Hôtel de Joubert. Il est situé dans le cœur historique de la ville , proche de la place aux Herbes et du boulevard Gambetta. Le quartier est donc animé en été mais l’intérieur de l’appartement est au calme.
L’appartement est grand et très bien aménagé avec tout le confort moderne. Il est tout à fait adapté à un séjour prolongé à Uzès en famille. La décoration mélange agréablement l’ancien au contemporain. La grande terrasse a été pour nous, le cœur de l’appartement. Elle dessert les deux petits salons, la salle à manger et la cuisine. Elle est très agréable et permet de profiter du soleil en toute tranquillité.
Les contacts préalables lors de la réservation et l’accueil ont été très chaleureux et nous ont mis en confiance. La description du bien et les prestations décrites dans l’annonce sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité.
Je recommande aux personnes venant en voiture et arrivant le samedi qui est un jour de marché, de se garer tout de suite au parking sous-terrain situé non loin de là. Il est possible d’y prendre un abonnement à la semaine ou à la quinzaine ce qui évite bien des soucis de circulation et de stationnement.

Ces vacances ont été fort appréciées. Uzès est un endroit magnifique et l'appartement, bien situé, confortable et accueillant, nous a permis d'en profiter fort agréablement. L'accueil y était aussi très chaleureux.

Appartement agréable et bien équipé, grande terrasse au calme, accueil sympathique. Idéalement situé au cœur d'Uzès, à recommander à tous ceux qui souhaitent profiter pleinement des animations estivales !
