This was a perfect apartment in a perfect location for my wife and i during our two week honeymoon.From the moment we stepped off the plane and were greeted by Richard and Linda from total management we felt we were treated impeccably and on the journey back from the airport we were given guidance and advice of where to go.
The apartment was spotlessly clean with all essentials provided. The views from the balcony were stunning and all amenities were only a short walk away.The apartment was in a quiet location.
There are many Restaurants and Bars in the Old Harbour to choose from with excellent food though i must recommend T.J's Caribbean tapas bar which is slightly off the the beaten track but only a 10 minute walk.
I also recommend a water taxi to Puerto Calero from the old harbour then a walk back {about 45mins) along the coastal path.
The pool and sundeck at the apartment was a lovely suntrap or a 20 min walk along the coast gets you to a beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds and parasol for hire.
We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing break with guaranteed sunshine all year round in a perfect apartment.

The ideal place to relax and recover from stress etc. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sun and view over the harbour and Atlantic Ocean is fantastic.
The studio has everything you need, is nicely maintaind and ideally located near restaurants, pubs and supermarket. Distance to the harbour and surroundings is in walking distance.

This studio apartment has been extensively upgraded since our last visit. New kitchen now with oven very handy for those wishing to dine in, all mod cons you could possibly need and also now with air conditioning making it extremely comfortable on those very warm nights. Apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival, we booked the transfer with Richard and Linda who look after the cleaning and maintenance and were extremely helpful.
The complex is also very clean with a swimming pool on the lower level. The view from this apartment overloooking the new marina is stunning
Lots of bars and restaurants in complex next door ,and only 5-10 min walk to Puerto del Carmen Old Town.
All in all excellent value for money and we would certainly recommend to friends and family

Me and my husband have just returned from a weeks stay at number 45 and had a fantastic time.

We stayed at Las Terracitas last New Year and loved the complex, gorgeous views, excellent location and everything on your doorstep (it is also a great suntrap). We mainly stayed around the Harbour area as the restaurants are lovely but there is a nice walk to the main part of Puerto Del Carmen were there are loads of bars/shops and restaurants.

Number 45 has everthing you need and more, I couldn't say a bad word even if I tried. We have already booked to stay again at he end of the year.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location with everything only short walks away.

I stayed last week in this studio with a pal (2 x 50+ ladies) and had a most enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The view from the balcony is stunning and I wish I could wake to this scene every day!
The studio contained everything you could possibly need, making holiday life simple and stress free (bigger bath sheets would be appreciated though!) It was so quiet, no noisey nights to try to sleep through, and the air conditioning was fantastic.
Often the pool was only used by ourselves and was well maintained, we could totally chill without fighting for sunbeds etc. One thing missing was shade, being a fair skinned person I had to carry the parasol everywhere I went as there wasn't anywhere to sit and avoid the rays.
There are a few bars nearby serving pub style food and the harbour below, mind you there are quite a few steps to negotiate, making coming back a bit if a killer!!
If you are looking for nightlife, this revolves mainly around quiet family bars and eateries.
This was a different type of holiday for me but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly consider returning.

Stayed here for two weeks in July 2011 and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Apartment was spotless, well sized and well appointed. The pictures on the advert are not misleading in any way. The kitchen was modern and clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. Balcony was lovely to sit out on and have a drink whilst admiring the great view over the harbour.

The location of the apartment is great with a small complex next door housing a supermarket, two pubs and a few other shops and restaurants. As you walk out of the apartment you come straight to the steps which lead down to the harbour. From there you can have a lovely stroll along the deck and through the old town where there a plenty of bars and restaurants. The newer town with the main 'strip' of bars and the main beach was also walkable although we did get a taxi back a couple of times (3 euros). Only negative worth mentioning is that the steps back up from the harbour (we counted 221 from the harbour deck to the apartment door) can be a bit gruelling after a long walk!

All in all we had a fantastic stay. The agents who met us and cleaned mid-holiday were great and we would love to stay again.

Well equipped, clean apartment with a spectacular sea view from the balcony. The commercial centre next door has a supermarket (freshly baked bread each morning) and several pubs/restaurants serving good meals at reasonable prices. Just a short walk down to the harbour. Good car parking and a central location make for an excellent centre for exploring the island. A great find - hope to use it again!

Nice studio apartment, with good facilities, in a very nice quiet area, but with bars and restaurants near by, as well as easy ( though via steps) access to the harbour area.
Plus, wake up in the morning, look out of the window, go onto the balcony and just enjoy the view! What more could you ask for?
