Nous sommes arrivés à un accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui était très utile. L'appartement était au-dessus de nos attentes, très charmant, confortable et propre avec de superbes vues. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour la semaine. De là, nous nous sommes aventurés tous les jours de la semaine pour les sites locaux et distants. La zone est pleine de charme marchés et boutiques de toutes les descriptions et les restaurants sont superbes et très abordable. Les transports en commun est très étroite avec les bus et le métro à proximité. Nos endroits préférés pour manger étaient les endroits où la nourriture française traditonal est servi car il est le meilleur et l'accueil était exceptionnel. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour les célibataires et les couples.

We arrived to a warm welcome from the owner who was very helpful. The apartment was above our expectations, very charming, comfortable and clean with great views. It had everything we needed for the week. From there we ventured out every day of the week to the local and distant sites. The area is full of delightful markets and shops of all descriptions and the restaurants are superb and very affordable. Public transport is very close with buses and the metro nearby. Our favourite places to eat were the places where traditonal French food is served because it is the best and the hospitality was exceptional. We recommend this apartment for singles and couples.

Petit mais bel appartement dans une quartier calme. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, et il comprend tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un bon séjour. On est près du métro et de la rue Mouffetard avec sa marché. Le propriétaire est accueillant est aimable.

I was very pleased with my stay at this apartment and would be happy to return.

My boyfriend and I went to Paris for a week, and we stayed at Jean-Jacque's apartment. It was absolutely perfect, charming and Jean-Jacques was extremely helpful in every way possible. The space was not too big and not too small...perfect for couples on vacation. The area is really nice, and we fell in love with one of the brasseries that Jean-Jacques recommended to us (Verse-Toujours) If we ever go back to Paris, we would definitely stay here again. The amenities are great in the apartment...We had dinner at the apartment one night, and everything was there to prepare the food. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
Overall, the apartment really made our trip. We would always remember our stay.

I had a very comfortable stay in this studio. It was clean and convenient. The owner is very pleasant and attentive person. The location of the studio is perfect. Just few steps from Mouffetard street, which is full of goodies! Lot’s of nice places to eat and have a drink. Bets references for choosing this studio for a nice and pleasant stay in Paris, especially if you want to feel yourself as Parisien and imagine you live in Paris!

My husband and I really enjoyed this very sweet apartment! The location was perfect, and each night we would sit at the counter eating cheese and drinking wine, gazing out the window at the Eiffel Tower! The location cannot be beat, steps from the Rue Mouffetard, plenty of wonderful restaurants on Gobelins, and a convenient metro stop nearby. We found the owner very sweet and agreeable.

Die Wohnung ist in allen Belangen sehr empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig, nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße unweit der bekannten Rue Mouffetard. Sie befindet sich im 8. Stockwerk unter dem Dach (Aufzug ist vorhanden!) eines angenehmen, ruhigen Hauses. Man hat aus ihr heraus eine tolle Aussicht, die bis zum Eiffelturm reicht. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle Dinge, die man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht, sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung wirkt ordentlich und ist sauber. Die Umgebung ist absolut top. Die bekannte Rue Mouffetard ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man bekommt dort alles was das Feinschmeckerherz begehrt. Sämtliche Geschäfte wie Bäckereien, Fleischereien, Supermarkt, Mode-Boutiquen sowie Bank, Post, Cafès, Gemüsemarkt etc. sind dort auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen. Die Lage insgesamt ist zentral. Mit der Metro erreicht man alle interessanten Punkte der Stadt schnell und bequem. Auch die nähere fußläufige Umgebung ist sehr attraktiv (z. B. der Jardin du Luxembourg, der nur wenig entfernt liegt). Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder beziehen!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce charmant studio et nous sommes ravis. Il est plein de charme, propre, très fonctionnel, bien pensé autant au niveau de l'aménagement que de l'équipement et le petit plus est la superbe vue dégagée sur les toits de Paris. Le fait que le linge (draps et serviettes de bain) soit fourni est très pratique, pas besoin de charger la valise.
Le quartier est calme et à la fois tout proche des commodités (superette ouverte jusqu'à 22h à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, nombreux restaurants, métro). Et puis si on aime marcher, on est vite dans les principaux lieux touristiques.
Le propriétaire est vraiment très accueillant, disponible et de bon conseil notamment pour les restaurants :-)
Parfait pour un petit séjour en amoureux!

C'est un studio tres charmant et dans un quartier ideal! Le proprietaire est aussi tres gentil. Nous y sommes sejournes l'annee derniere et nous y revenons cette annee a nouveau. Je me sens presque chez moi. C'est un excellent pied-a-terre. Et rien ne manque.
