My partner and I have stayed at Florida Connection properties before and have always been extremely happy and were not disappointed this time. The villa is beautiful, with attention to detail that makes this so much more than just a villa rental. Everything you could think of is provided and it is spotless! The location is great being just far enough away from the hub-bub but close enough to get to Disney and all the other attractions. The villa itself is huge and would easily suit as a family home from home. We were lucky enough to meet Hazel and Alan who are lovely and we can see why they take such pride in the properties they manage. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property or the Florida Connection for a well deserved Floridian holiday and fingers crossed, will be booking again ourselves very soon!

we have stayed in this villa three times now and can not fault it in any way. It is very spacious and extremely comfortable.
Everything you need is provided and we have always arrived to find it spotlessly clean.
It is in the perfect location, quiet and relaxed yet close to the parks , shopping and restaurants.

This was our fifth stay at a Villa owned by Florida Connection Ltd and like the previous stays it was brilliant. We have over the years stayed at all three of their Villas and enjoyed our vacations. This is due to the splendid accommodation offered and this last stay was particularly good because we had great weather. The Villas has everything one needs with modern equipment, televisions in every room to make your stay enjoyable. The secluded position of the Villa allows you to use the pool without being overlooked. We used the pool quite a lot and did not require it to be heated as the weather did that for us. 113 Hills Bay Drive is very large and comfortable. On our arrival we found the Villa in spotless condition and it was just like home from home apart from the weather. We would not hesitate to recommend any of the three Villas in Hills Bay Drive and we are hoping to return next year with some of our family. We can assure anyone who is considering a Villa to contact Florida Connection Ltd. As stated in previous reviews there is shopping facilities at nearby Champions Gate and numerous eating places on Highway 192 which is a short drive away. It is awful being back in the UK in temperatures around 55f.

This absolutely beautiful villa was exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean. Consisting of 3 double bedrooms (two on suite) and two single bedrooms. 3 bathrooms - one accessible via separate door to the pool area. Very spacious - without 8 of us falling over each other! It has a separate laundry room which is a pleasure to use and functioned perfectly, keeping noise & disturbance to a minimum when in use. The Kitchen area was also very lovely and functional, with all the gadgets needed. A lovely large swimming pool screened off from bugs! and a beautiful view of lakes and wildlife. Situated in a very peaceful & quiet neighbourhood with access to tennis courts and a larger communal pool. A short
distance to nearby comprehensive shopping area, including a large supermarket which stocks UK goods, liquor store, and a 24 hour chemist & Petrol Station.
Plenty of entertainment along the I92 - with cheap and competitive restaurants, all serving a variety of food to satisfy anybody’s taste buds. Multiple attractions including flea markets, fun-fair area with shopping and music,
Easy access to Disney and all other Orlando attractions and very easy access to all other Floridian tourist attractions by virtue of the I-4 motorway. Within reasonable distance there are a number of State Parks which make an interesting and inexpensive day out possible, with access to cheap canoeing & free safe swimming with picnic area and campground.
The owners are extremely friendly and accessible, they go out of their way to provide an excellent holiday experience with the property directly managed by a more than capable management service who can assist or rectify any small problems. We are so pleased with the owners of this villa that we have booked repeatedly over the last 20 years in various locations and have never had a bad experience, in fact, out of all the companies we have been through, Florida Connections are the only company I recommend to people, especially those with children/family who would prefer to have the pool all to themselves!!
This is a small, family run business, with many years of expertise and through their own experiences can give their business a more personal touch.
On the whole, I would say that these people have got this down to a fine art,
It is a real pleasure doing business with them.

My wife and I both work in the travel industry and have stayed at several Florida villas over the years.This is-in our opion-the best we have experienced.The home itself-its outlook and location cannot be faulted.Just hope it's available for the next time we go to Orlando!

Spent a fantastic two-week holiday at this villa with the whole family, including 5-month old grandaughter. Everything was just as described on the website. So convenient for all the parks - just hop on the I4 and you are entering Disney World in no time. Publix Supermarket just around the corner, plus a wonderful Chinese takeaway and a 15 minute drive to a massive Walmart. Really enjoyed watching all the wildlife on the lake while relaxing around the pool. Would highly recommend this property. Thanks Hazel - our daughter is planning her wedding in Florida late next year, so will probably be in contact regarding booking all three of your villas.

Having,been to florida 13 times,staying in different villas,this villa was by far the best ever.Was real private,no one overlooking,,real peacefull to sit out,overlooking the lake,,was like a wildlife park? we had a gator,,,wife named him flintstone,..otters ,herons,,and fed the cranes every day..Also two minutes from two publix supermarkets,,dunki doughnuts,and papa jons pitza,try it ,best ever...I highly reccomend this villa to anyone,because ,you wont find better,the villa,hazel has next door is also fantastic,,area,shops ,attractions,all nearby,,We cant wait to go back,which we will,,,thanks hazel we had a awsome 3 weeks in your villa,,we will give you a shout ,when ready to book again,,thanks,,ray n mags,inverness

Hazel, Thank you for letting us vacation/stay in your lovely home... You were a pleasure to deal with... The management company was also very helpfull and friendly... All attractions were within a 15-20 min drive... I will not stay anywhere else when i visit florida.. The house was very clean, and well maintained... The house has everything you could need for a vacation.. The kids and us loved the Beautifull Pool. The wildlife was also amazing to look at... I would reccomend this house to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay close to all the great attractions florida has to offer!!! P.S The beds were so comfortable noone wanted to get out of bed :)
