Large 5 double bedroom executive house - sleeps up to 12 persons. In gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. 2 minutes from the new Greg Norman Champions Gate Golf Club and 12 minutes from Disney. House backs on to conservation area and small lake and is very private. Balcony off master bedroom (King bed)allows sunbathing even in winter! Private pool and spa tub. Wireless Internet, Full Digital TV including Live UK Premiership football matches! Free telephone calls anywhere in USA, Low cost calls to UK, Tennis courts nearby. Located in the up market area of Champions Gate, between I-4, US 27 and CR 54. South of Orlando, but 10 minutes drive from Disney (next exit on I-4)

Fantastic Villa, Excellent Location

WOW! what a fantastic villa! We have stayed in others in Orlando before, but this was by far the best and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now.
We loved everything about this villa. It was immaculately clean and well kept, with everything we needed. We loved the fact that it was so close to all the attractions, shops and restaurants, but set in such a lovely, quiet area away from all the hustle and bustle.
We like our privacy and this villa was perfect with no other villa's backing directly on to you, just open land. The pool is a good size and south facing. Our 5 year old daughter loved the it so much that he pool was her number 1 best thing of the entire holiday (along with Space & Splash Mountain Disney rides)!
Other Villas we've stayed in have been single storey, but I preferred having 3 of the 5 bedrooms upstairs. I know it sounds silly but because of this our daughter slept better here and didn't have the restless nights she's had in the other villa.
For us it ticked all the boxes and home owner was very helpful from the initial enquiry and provided lots of really useful information, We hope to come back again soon.

First class home,in an excellent location

Before we booked the holiday home the owner was very helpful,and the description of the property its contents, location even down to the time it took to drive to disney was exactly as mentioned in the write up on the web site,
The home was spotless, beds were very comfortable each bedroom was a good size the master bedroom en suite was huge !!
The kitchen had everything you needed, we often ate by the pool and watched the kids swim,the pool was great a good size nice and warm.
the patio area overlooked a hude open space no one overlooked you which was nice.The location was very quiet and the gated community was an extra piece of mind.
Our family of eight had 14 days at the home we had a great time it was a perfect place,we have stayed in florida and the USA sixteen times and it was the best property we had ever rented,we would recommend the home, and would stay again on our next visit to to Florida.

The house is located in the quite yet conveinet location of Champions Gate. Close by to the I 4 ,easy for disney and other locations. We had only 7 people staying but had more than enough space. We have stayed at other houses in the area but this was the best and would certainly recommend to friends.

The villa is wonderfully furnished throughout. The pool area is south facing and so benefits from all day sun. The lanai provides a cool and shady dinning area. Both villa and pool are well maintained and is exactly as described on website. The villa is 25 minutes drive from the airport and perfectly located for visiting the parks 15 minutes away. A Publix supermarket is located at Champions Gate. More Restaurants, supermarkets, and shops can be found in the local area
This villa and location really does “tick all the boxes”

Excellent villa with top quality furnishings. Property is well kept and exactly as described on website. Lovely aspect around the pool. Ideal location with easy access to I-4 so getting around is no problem. Very handy for shops etc at Champions Gate. Stayed in many villas around Orlando over the years and this outdoes them all so would certainly recommend highly.
