Family house, very nice to live in, with a non obstructed view, a private secured pool (5x11m) not overlooked, with a lush vegetation, shaded loggias, a simple and warm decoration with sweet tonalities (piano, libraries, games room for children): the quietness of the countryside 15min from the city centre and the beaches of Nice... and the assurance of nice holidays!

Npus avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison trés bien équipée nous avons été très bien reçu le cadre est idéal la maison est spacieuse trés fonctionnelle. Elle est située sur les hauteurs de Nice au calme dans un trés joli parc félicitations aux propriétaires

Villa meravigliosa, dotata di ogni comfort. Se proprio si vuol trovare un difetto, è la distanza dal centro, ma alla fine ne vale la pena. Un piccolo paradiso terrestre a nizza. Favolosa.
