My family vacationed each summer at OBX from 90-99 and then my wife was taken by cancer in late 02. I purchased a condo in Sect. F (03) and sold it 04 to buy present home. My current wife Ginger and I love our home and the Outer Banks. We try to improve our home a little each year to make it more comfortable for our guests. We live in Delaware, OH, and get to use our home 5-6 weeks a year. Because we specialize in renting to young groups our home is booked every week from mid-May thru August. Book early and try our off season weeks and shoulder weeks for some really good discounts.
It was a good buy at the time and we took it from a 3 bd, 2.5 baths to 6 bd, 4 full baths, 2 halfs, and a 12 X 24 game room and added a hot tub. We had a lot of fun designing the new addition in 2005 and it makes for a fun home.
Alan enjoys running events in the Outer Banks. In the fall there is the OBX Marathon/Half Marathon
