Living/dining room, 02 bedrooms, 80m2 apartment in a safe Condo 24h/day doormen
02 bathrooms, Living room, Dining room, separated kitchen & 02 bedrooms apartment; 80m2, silent, well illuminated by indirect sunlight all over the year. Kitchen hydraulic and all electric installations rebuilt in 2003 (safe and tranquility in the staying). Repainted in October 2007. Bathroom/toillet rebuild in 2008. Lovely decoration partially renovated in 2008, for the pleasure of living in. Strictly residential/familiar condo (familiar oriented rental), 04 apartments in each floor. 600m2 garden opposite (condo's rear) apartment view. Similar areas in both the 2 opposite next-door buildings. Renewed equipments, including a stainless steel 06 pieces pan set, a new stove, and a 370 liters frost free refrigerator with a freezer. Strictly familiar rental.

Apartamento com excelente localização, próximo do metrô, do comércio do bairro e da praia. A vizinhança é tranquila e o apartamento é muito bem arrumado, com os utensílios que se precisa para uma boa e rápida estadia. A atenção do proprietário foi ótima e preço da locação também - melhor custo benefício. Pra melhorar ainda mais, sugiro a aquisição de outros utensílios como garrafa para suco, funil e para os mais conectados, uma conexão de internet.

Ficamos apenas 3 dias no apartamento. O imóvel é muito aconchegante, conservado e bem localizado, cozinha bem equipada (apesar de não termos cozinhado). O edifício é muito tranquilo também. Fica pertinho da estação arcoverde (metrô) e da praia. Tem supermercados, bares que servem refeições, bancos, farmácias tudo pertinho. Gostamos demais. Fomos 02 casais e pena que foi por pouco tempo, mas quando voltarmos ao Rio teremos interesse em ficar hospedados nesse imóvel do João Carlos, que é uma pessoa muito atenciosa, apesar de não ter conhecido. Fomos recebidos pelo seu filho Daniel, pessoa muito educada. Recomendo a todos.

Otima localização em Copacabana perto de tudo, Proprietarios super Educados sempre disponivel se precisar. Funcionarios do Hotel sao carismaticos e eficientes. Apartamento bem acochegante onde permaneci 18 dias com a familia como se estivesse em minha propria casa. Tem de tudo que é necessario pra uma viajem de temporada. Recomendo a todos.
