Very Nice and sunny flat, 2 rooms, located at 50 ms from the sea and promenade des Anglais, 6th floor with a wide lift, very secured.

It is nicely furnished, comfortable, with a new bathroom, a well equiped kitchen, and a sunny terrace.

Transports ,and commercial centers at the door. Internet with wifi and satelites TV

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and extremely well-equipped (especially the kitchen). My boyfriend and I spent a perfect holiday there! The whole building is well-kept and the garage, although a bit small, is a plus (we came by car). The location is perfect: 2 minutes from the beach and a nice walk from the city centre. It is well served by the public transport and there are many grocery shops and restaurants in the surroundings. Colette, the owner, is really kind and made us feel like at home!

My wife and I had an absolute great week in this appartment in Nice. The weather was fantastic and the appartement was absolute fine. The location is perfect for enjoying both the central Nice and especially the beach, whish is very near by. The only thing we can suggest is to have a bigger bed, which is a bit small for 2 people to sleep in.

BRILLIANT LOCATION WTH ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME!!!

The apartment lived up to our expectations and is very accurately described in the promo. Collette the owner made us very welcome. This Apartment is really central for everything. The beach is less than 3 minutes away, supermarket is beside the apartment block as is the bus stop servicing airport and environs. Rue du France where the apartment is located is lined with coffee shops, bars and any type of shop you would need. It runs right to the Place Messina where all the main action takes place (less than 10 minutes walk). One important note to potential clients is that Rue du France is very busy and can be quite noisy at night. All in all a wonderful stay and highly recommended!!!!!

Appartement en excellent état, bien situé dans Nice avec plage très proche et quartier du vieux Nice accessible à pied ou en bus. Commerces de proximité. Immeuble sécurisé. Terrasse très agréable et bien exposée. Accueil très chaleureux.
