Spacious and sunny 2BR apartment located in the heart of Nice, on the lovely Cote d'Azur. The apartment is located in downtown, near all commodities, shopping, restaurants, 2 blocks from the SNCF train station (15 minute shuttle to the International Airport), and a 15 minute walk to the beach. A typical Nicoise apartment of the 30's, it has a separate eat-in kitchen, living and dining room, bathroom with separate WC, high ceilings for an airy feel, and a small balcony. It has not been renovated. Sleeps 5.

We rented this beautiful apartment in August and it was still very hot (29 degrees). But the apartment was fully catered for the heat with fans in each room, large windows and a beautiful balcony to sit on. The apartment itself is very large as well as the rooms, in fact the master bedroom was fit for a King. The only thing I would note to anyone going in is that you have to wash your bedding and towels before departure - so get up early!! If you sleep in though, there is a great launderette round the corner that fits them all in at once and is quicker, as we found. All in all, a stunning trip and accommodation!
