Since my Resort complex is located west (towards the Gulf) of the Tamiami Trail (US 41), you can drive the length of the beautiful Naples waterfront without ever getting on a highway. LOCATION: 600 Neapolitan Way, Naples 34103; 0.1 mi. west of US 41; 0.6 mi. south of Pine Ridge Road & Seagate Drive; 0.8 mi. east of Gulfshore Blvd. Less than 1 mile north to Pelican Bay, with the Waterside Shops, Philharmonic Hall, and Naples Museum of Art. A short drive south to downtown Naples and the famous pier.
Inside, enjoy a master suite with king bed, full bath, and walk-in closet. The guest room has twin beds and a full second bath. Both living room and bedroom #2 open onto the 24 foot long screened lanai. Queen sleeper/sofa in living room. Large oak table seats 6 for dining. Plenty of linens, dishes, 3 TVs, DVD player, etc. for your convenience. Wireless internet is now available in the condo, as well as computer services in the large, rustic lobby.
Parking is just outside the entry door, but faces opposite for quiet and convenience.

Although both born in the Chicago area, we were raised in Wisconsin, met at the UW-Madison, and are Badgers through and through. Still, we will rent to folks from anywhere, even Michigan and Ohio. Living in Naples for many years, we are experts on this area. It's a great place to live, a little more expensive than most places in Florida, but for the most part, well worth it.
A great location, right in the heart of the city, yet a very natural and tropical setting; you feel transported to a botanical paradise instead of an urban concrete jungle. Since our properties in Pelican Bay require lengthy rentals, we find this condo more rental-friendly, with decisions up to us and not a condo board, so we can rent for any period we choose.
Being on the west of the Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41), you are so close to the Gulf beaches, with an easy (and beautiful) drive downtown. Instead of a hotel room with little or no cooking privileges, you have the kitchen, baths, and living areas like a cottage, as well as a tropical swimming pool, and a stroll to a dozen restaurants and many shops.
